Bought this dishwasher to match our high end oven and range. What a mistake! The steam release is about the only thing I liked about it. Cheap racks, poor design, and long run times are 3 of the main reasons to consider other brands. I'm purchasing a new dishwasher even though this is functional, just to get rid of it :(

Excellent product. Very quiet, cleans very well, easy to organize.

I ordered it online. I had it installed by Best Buy. The quality was flawed. The drawers and door were flimsy. It stopped working after the first day. Best Buy was good at taking it back for a full refund. The lesson: Never buy a dishwasher until you have seen it in person.

Since Samsung acquired Dacor, the brand is no longer a premium product. This dishwasher does a good job cleaning dishes and cutlery but it is nothing special. I’ll have waited more than a month and have had to make several calls to Dacor/Samsung to get the cutlery tray that was supposed to come with the dishwasher. Dacor/Samsung Customer service has been lousy. And I had wanted to buy a US-made product but this dishwasher was manufactured in Thailand.

What a great investment. The look and the way is operatea is amazing. Its very quite.

This dishwasher has been a major bummer. The rack configuration stinks and the super small silverware rack is worthless. We have had it less than a year and the was is so bad we often still see the soap on the door after it finishes. Regret this purchase big time. Now door wont stay closed so it wont work at all. Hoping warranty folks help. Dont buy this!! Go with Bosch or something better.

Was weary of the reviews but wanted the dishwasher too match the rest of the appliances. To our surprise it's great! Ppl that say it doesn't fit things properly probably were not shown how to adjust the tracks--they can be lifted and lowered to accommodate different dish sizes, it's pretty cool. No issues, it's very quiet and looks great inside and out. Would buy this again. Disappointed there's no option for this model to add a towel bar, but not a big deal. Love it!

Worst dishwasher ever, cannot put plates and glasses in same wash. Bottom drawer doesn’t slide with weight on it.Plate separations too closed to each other. Tiny silverware basket. Cannot fit a bowl…………

Dishwasher is very quiet. Dishes are clean and dry. Like the third rack. And it looks good in my kitchen.

Very impractical DW. The inside is extremely small. Can’t fit large plates. And pretty much has no space. Not worth for the money. Also, Best Buy does not provide customer support if you are not satisfaction with the product. They just said that after 10 days can be exchange. DO NOT BUY.

I wanted to like this dishwasher but it's poorly setup for spacing and very small inside and flimsy racks. The dishes are all very wet by the end of the cycles - even for hours after. I'd have expected more from a luxury dishwasher brand. I love all my other Dacor appliances but ended up returning this one. Best Buy was very accommodating with my return and helpful. I have complete confidence in purchasing appliances from best buy!

I do not recommend ANY DACOR ITEMS. I had 5 different Dacor items installed (Refrigerator, micro, range, etc). in our new construction and ALL 5 have needed repair. Moreover, the parts take forever to obtain. I should have gone with the tried and true european made appliances.

Poor performance. Dishes remain wet at end of the cycle & often not completely clean. Small space

Great DW. Extremely quite. All the buttons are on top of the door so not sure if it can be stopped once the cycle starts.

The updates that Best Buy sent me were great and the delivery communication was also great! The guys that delivered my appliance were very professional and courteous.

I like it and it works fine. I had a problem when it was installed.

The good - modern and clean look The bad - very impractical design of the insight trays and racks - can fit way less than in my previous GE dishwasher The ugly - broke after couple of months. VERY poor built quality. TERRIBLE Dacor customer care - avoided the warranty responsibility because i am "second owner". Hey i just bought a newly reconstructed house where the flipper installed this dishwasher new. Never used before i bought the house. Trashing this dishwasher and buying GE. I am cancelling all Samsung and Dacor orders that we made for another property. We are finished, never Dacor or Samsung again.
