Great series about powerful women

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The overriding plot is the relationship between politically powerfully connected super lawyer Patty (Glenn Close) and her young, novice lawyer employee Ellen (Rose Byrne). In the first 2 and 1/2 seasons I've viewed so far, Patty ruthlessly exploits and manipulates everyone, including Ellen, for Patty's own benefit or for projects Patty favors. But Ellen's catching on and becoming as manipulative as Patty. It's a great, addictive series about strong willed women matching wits.

One of the best dramas of all time

Damages is a great series with good characters.
