    I'm more than halfway through and this game is one of the best of the series yet. The cases are more interesting then ever, and the characters and scenarios are fantastic. Would not recommend playing this before at least playing the other two games in the series first. Also appreciate the extra goods that come with the physical version.

    Danganronpa V3 is the third mainline entry in the series. This title is different than the recent shooter spin off called Despair Girls, but more of a return to form that the first two titles brought to the series. The game is a murder mystery and is focused around 14 high school students. The game is a visual novel (from Spike Chunsoft), and the game is very story-heavy. Without spoiling anything, if you enjoyed the first two games in the series, or enjoy visual novels in general, this game is a win.

    This is Danganronpa in it's purest state, crazy things happen, impossible murders, random plot twists, oh boy, this is a complete experience.
