    The advertisement for the battery showed tools but when I picked it up and took home they were NOT included. However Best Buy stepped up and supplied the tools at no additional cost.

    I bought my husbands last battery from ebay, and it lasted 2 years. We just installed this last night and it was perfect. No weird issues. I was a little disappointed because I thought it came with tools, but it did not. Luckily we had some from our previous purchase. iPhone battery health was 100%. I will update if anything changes. He’s had his IPhone 6 Plus for years now. And it’s got a lot of memory so might as well fix what we can on it.

    This battery was absolutely horrible and appeared to be cheaply made in China because it did not work. Definitely defective.....contacted Best Buy and began return, awaiting for Best Buy’s assistance in processing the return. Terrible product!

    This is not the product that showed up. It was almost like someone took the original product and replaced it with some thing else

    I bought the battery you recommended, then the Geek squad refused to instal it because it wasn’t an Apple product. You guys really blew it on this one! I had to go to the Apple store to get satisfaction.
