Its a really hard challenging game that will test your wits and patience. and often times will tick you off and you have to start all over again well that is if you are a beginner. To some Veteran players of Dark Souls this may seem to be another fun and fulfilled adventuring game for them. I bought this game knowing it was a slash and attack game with the dark secrets background and couldn't resist the hype of battling huge to small bosses.

Until Dark Souls III I had mix feelings about the series. I enjoyed the strategy that went into every battle, but something always felt off. But this game is absolutely a work of art. I have poured countless hours into this title and still find myself coming back to it. It reminds me of my childhood favorite games like Final Fantasy VII, where you are just drawn back to them. An instant classic that just leaves me wanting more!

If you enjoy the Souls series you will enjoy this one, that is for sure.Also if your new to the Souls series this is a great one to start with.I don't believe you have to play the other ones to really understand this game in my opinion.It is though a really challenging game, so keep that in mind.If you want a game, that won't hold your hand like most games now a days, this is your game, just saying.

Dark souls 3 has very vibrant and colorful worlds, it's as tough as ever. The gameplay mechanics are smoother and it plays a lot faster. They also managed to make multiplayer more seamless. My only complaint would be, is that the boss fights are a bit underwhelming. I beat almost every boss on my first try. Other than that it's still very hard, going through the levels. But I give it a 10/10 rating

This is my first real "Souls" experience, if you don't consider Bloodborne. So Bloodborne got me hooked and thought I'd try this out. So far it's been a great game, with tons to explore. The world and level designs far exceed that of Bloodborne and plays slightly a little slower. Although I seem to enjoy this with a little less stress, maybe it's because I'm not a Souls newbie anymore.

This is the best game ever. It's difficult but worth spending hours beating the learning curve because it's the most gratifying experience. Reminds me of old school PlayStation games. Basically a Fantasy Knight simulator. Every enemy is unique and every fight deserves different tactics. Brilliant 10/10 you're foolish to not give this game a shot. Start with 2 if possible !

This game is unforgiving. I am a fan of the series. It's a difficult game where the simplest error can cost you dearly. With that said, it is incredibly rewarding. The game is pretty and i haven't run into a glitch yet. If you are a fan of the series, you should already have the game. Otherwise, if you want something challenging and rewarding, consider this title.

Great game lots of hours of fun fun to play online very challenging game

I'm biased towards the two things in my summary. This game has nailed the aspects of the game that I love and make me wanna run through multiple times with different characters. The lands are memorable and well designed. The bosses are tough and fun to fight. Great game. Excited for the DLC.

Graphics are amazing!!!! Difficult as normal for a dark souls game

As a vertern player in the Dark Souls franchise, I can safely say this edition is by far the most superior. Each boss vary from one another and offer different tactics in order to defeat them. The animations, as well as the graphics take a huge leap forward in comparison to its predecessors. I highly recommend this entry to any player: new or old.

Dark souls 3 is definitely better than the previous installments, so if you liked those, you'll likely like this one. It remains challenging, though sometimes it's challenging because of the mediocre controls. Exploration is much improved, I found it more interesting to look around. Combat has been improved with weapon arts, while still being Dark Souls. I also found the lore to be really thought out and deep. I didn't notice any frame rate dips, but others have mentioned it being a problem.

If you are up for a challenge this is your game. I've started with Bloodborne and then I moved to DS II and now DS III. Great Scenarios, great enemies, great characters. Get used to dying in this game because it would happen very often, but remember that you can always call a friend if you want to level the odds a little.

Really good game. Challenging and interesting not predictable

If you have any experience with the Souls games (or Bloodborne), you basically know what you're getting here. The graphics have seen a nice boost over the PS3 games and some of the gameplay has been more refined. It's debatable whether or not this is the best entry in the series, but it's certainly worthy of the name and your time. Enjoy!

I've played the other entries in this franchise and I'm happy to say this one offers more of the challenging settings that you've come to expect from this series. The enviroments are detailed and really pull you into the game world. If your a fan of games that you have to invest time and effort into to move forward then you'll enjoy this game.
