It's really recommended to have it.I didn't give it 5 stars because it has a lot of accessories that can be lost.I recommende them to have a little bag for accessories.

What makes this so awesome is the fact you can cook 12 at once. Before I had a 7 at time cooker an odd number considering eggs come in 12 and 18 packs. So now I can cook more at time and less batches. And it works out to even dozens. Much better

I have had egg steamers before but this one takes the cake! Or maybe I should say this one "takes the egg salad"! Haha. It perfectly steams up to 12 eggs to your desired level of egg yolk and has many other purposes as well.

I got this for a Christmas present and I just love it. I have one that only cooked 7 eggs at a time and this one does 12. I can't say enough about it. The egg timer goes off and the eggs peel so easy. I just LOVE IT!!!!!!

After 60 years of boiling eggs, this is brilliant! Simple, neat, and does a dozen at a time. Also cooks eggs other ways, however, I haven't yet tried.

After watching My Mother use her antique egg cooker, I decided to get one. I love this one, because You can cook more eggs. It's been great so far.

I put a dozen eggs in the first time set the switch to on and 18 min later the buzzer went off. Easy to use and clean up.
