The agent was to restore my data from and external HD to my laptop. He was unable to complete the service and referred me to in store service or on site service. The charge went through and has not been charged back despite Best Buy's failure to deliver the service paid for. Now I am unable to get hold of Best Buy either online or by phone. While I am a long time customer of the Geek Squad, I cannot recommend your service currently.

I paid $100 for a year service subscription. I had one repair, that was late. I canceled my contract and was promised I would receive a full refund of money paid. It's been over a month and still no refund. I want my promised refund. Please!
