The deluxe edition is excellent. Batman old/retired but can't let Gotham become the crime capitol it is heading towards. Good script and Superman too.

This is the best of the DCU videos in my opinion. The extended running time allowed the story to be effectively presented. Worth the purchase.

I always wanted to know how superheroes would be like when they get old. This movie has plenty of action and Batman vs Superman is a must see

This is essentially both parts semi edited together to get a more fluid view of the two parts. Great to be able to just buy it completed.

Terrific package. Book with comic story with Blu-Ray & DVD Disc. THe story itself was a great adventure. On the more mature side.

If you like the graphic novel--give this a try. It stays true to the story and is edgy enough to appeal to the older ages. Well done.

One of the classic Batman stories faithfully adapter, the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because it was released in two parts initially and I had to wait so long to buy it in one set.

This animated adaptation of Frank Miller's classic Batman story does a good job bringing the comic to life. This version is also much more convenient; having combined the previously released parts 1 and 2.

I really liked this movie. It had everything I wanted in a Batman animated movie. I recommend this to any fan of Batman or the DC Universe!

Follows the source material pretty faithfully and the animation is pretty good. Not as good as some other WB/DC Direct to Video movies but not bad. But personally I'd still rather read the graphic novel.

This was one of the better movies from DC. I like the batman series just as good as superman. DC needs to continue stepping it up

The Dark Knight Returns is one of favorite story line of Batman. The movie arrived in great condition. The PQ was awesome.

A great movie for any comic book or Batman fan. Haven't read the comic book, but after seeing the movie it makes me want to.

Best buy has this for 9.99 and its both part one and part two of the Dark Knight! Great deal and seamless cut of the two.
