    Could've been better, but it's still got that DOA flavor that makes the series so fun. However, any skin you'll actually want is extra so be aware.

    Solid fighting game. I wish there were more stages and arenas. Fighters are well balanced but game lacks sufficient fighting modes. Graphics are adequate. Fun but seems like they could have added more.

    Most ppl know what to expect from DoA and this one delivers more of the same, albeit a current generation upgrade. Most importantly, the well-designed, underrated fighter is still intact.

    Seeing this franchise continue is a blessing. I remember playing the 1st in arcades and buying the Dreamcast just to own DOA 2 and Soul Calibur. On to the 6th iteration it’s never really looked better. The art direction has a mature tone but the impact of fighting feels realistically brutal. It also tries its best to convey the fighting mechanics in tutorials.

    The game is fun and fast. The game gets you ready by playing DOA quest so it basically teaches you how to play the game. There is also command/combo training to get you ready for the big leauges online. The online ranked mode also shows you if your opponent is on wifi or a wired internet connection so you can skip all the wifi weak connection fight requests.

    It does not reinvent the wheel, but it was a present experience none the less. I love the DOA franchise because it’s easy to learn but hard to master. And this game keeps with that tradition.
