Bought these to replace my old BP7006 Def Tech towers as one of the built-in sub-woofers developed a slight hum after about 8 years of use. I found out from Def Tech after making this purchase that i could have easily repaired the speaker. (Their support is great!) Having said that, I'm very happy with the purchase. Very warm and clear sound with lots of bass from the built-in subs. The gain is only set to about 50% on the subs paired with my Marantz amp. Compare for yourself vs other brands but these will not disappoint.

Replaced my Definitive Tech BP8’s These hit hard, great bass

These speakers are worth every penny. We have a pair of these and use our Sony Tv with acoustic surface as our center speaker. These speakers are great for music even on their own. The integrated subs are a game changer. Music is crisp and full. We have them powered by a Denon AVR-x4700H receiver. I would highly recommend them!

These speakers are AMAZING! I had two definitive tech speakers put in ceiling, however, if you can't go that route, you can add the nice additions on top of these to get the same effect. The speakers are amazing, crazy sound and dual (built in) subs provide a an amazing amount of bass. Can't go wrong with these!

These are outstanding speakers. These are great for listening and for movies. No need for a sub woofer.

These DT speakers are terrific. Their power is probably much more than necessary but they pick up every background noise on the movie and sometime they seem as if my window is open. We are very pleased with their performance and are glad we stepped up from the series below.

Definitive Technology always one of my favorite when come to speaker. With up-gradable speaker for atmos and it also come with a built in sub woofer for each tower so its just perfect for my small size entertainment room that no enough space for two large sub woofer. Built and sound quality are totally astounding.

Very crisp and clean sound. Tend to be a bit of a sound snob and these fill the room and are very clean with a lot of bass - without distortion or buzz. Definitely pair with the directionals that point to the ceiling for surround sound. Totally changes the cinematic experience.

I was looking at a higher price speakers then I had the chance to listen to these and the sound was great for the size of my room.

I love the look of these tower speaker. I am amazed that it has an integrated sub woofer. Make your listening experience more astonishing and powerful ! I like the led logo that is has on the front of the speakers. Sound great on music especially when I sing karaoke......

I had purchased two of these speakers previously for my front channel speakers. Adding the rear two was a no-brainer to complete the Dolby Atmos setup I was after. They sound amazing, are a bargain at the price and don't look too gaudy in my living room.

Exceeded expectations. Sounds quality is amazing. Bass hits really hard for 8 inches. Sounds/feels better than a movie theater when combined with full surround speakers. No sub woofer needed
