Replaced an 8" Energy sub and wow what a difference. Tight thunderous bass that fills the room 16'x12'. I use for both music and movies and normally have this set at about 35-40% volume. Keep in mind this has auto on/off so there is no physical power switch. So set the subwoofer setting accordingly within your receiver (-5 or -3 seems to be about right) in order for it register sound and play. So far am loving the quality, texture and depth this sub is delivering. Very happy I found this open box buy. Worth every penny.

I bought two of this Definitive Technology- SuperCube 2000 7/12 650W Powered Subwoofers for my theater room. I must say this is a good buy because the bass is absolutely outstanding. It does not overpower the room in anyway. In terms of weight, it is not too heavy and not light weight either. The size is just perfect as it's neither too small or too large for any sized room. I would strongly recommend purchasing this product.

As I would expect with Def Tech, this little woofer is a beast!! It is small but packs a big punch. Got it on sale and it does a great job replacing my failed Klipsch.

This subwoofer has a big deep sound in a small compact package. Great addition to any sound system. It also has a very rich look as a stand alone speaker.

I purchased this because of the great reviews, but I should have read more professional reviews and buying guides. This subwoofer is nice and compact and great quality for its size, but don't expect to pair it with full size floor speakers. My 20 year-old Technics floor speakers were pushing more bass than this sub, so sadly, I am returning it. Be sure you match it appropriately with smaller speakers. However, given the price point, I think it's overpriced if you're forced to pair it with small speakers. The price just doesn't match up with the it's limited capabilities and power.

This little sub is compact but don't let the size fool you, it puts out a nice amount of bass. Of course it won't reach down to the lowest realms but for my smaller ,medium sized room it does a great job. I do however have two of these so I am running dual subs which in my opinion is definitely the way to go. This way gives a more even bass response through out the room. So if your looking for a compact sub like I was that can put out good bass and have a medium to small sized room I would definitely recommend this sub.

I needed to add some bass to a bedroom stereo and the supercube was the perfect size and sound for what I needed.

I was in the market for a entry level subwoofer and had the choice between the B&W 600 8' and the SuperCube 2000. They are both good subwoofers but the SuperCube offers much better performance. It is worth the extra $100 it costs. I bought this to pair with the B&W 606 bookshelf speakers and the bass performance is phenomenal. The compact size makes it perfect for bedrooms and smaller living rooms too.

I bought this replace an old Polk Audio sub that finally gave out on me and let me tell you, the SuperCube does. not. disappoint. It's amazing how the technology can allow for this sub to exist. I really enjoy watching movies, listening to music, and even playing video games, with this sub activated. It adds so much depth and definition to anything coming out of the speakers. It's worth the money for sure.

We are using this speaker in our game/theater room. I like that is is small and compact. Sound is good and provides more power than what we need.

Takes up little space and offers deep rich base sounds. Simple to set up and to set base desired. My second unit of this brand and model that I have purchased over the years.

This small cube subwoofer has great power and sound. Really has a good look also and easy to install

This subwoofer is the best for listening to music. It`s also great for normal sound and tv. This sub is nice and compact as well.

The sub is great for the size but not a great match with the def tech 8060 front speakers. Needed to turn the gain up on the sub almost 3/4 of the way up to max to get much of a difference. It was hard to get it tuned right with the sub placed next or behind the seating position even with the Yamaha YPAO configuration. No adjustment was enough to make a decernable difference. I decided to get the def tech supercube 4000 with the onboard phase adjustment and custom EQ which is slightly bigger than the supercube 2000. That worked great, this sub would be perfect to match with some bookshelf speakers.
