I recently purchased this product and am very pleased with how it looks and works! It is in very good condition and works perfectly! Battery lasts over 2 hours, very light and small, good for travel. Joy Systems did a good job! I will definitely buy refurbished products from them again through Best Buy! I recommend with confidence!

Im reviewing for Joy systems/best buy. My refurbished laptop is great for work! Fast and reliable. The only thing I took 1 star from is that a couple of my number keys I have to press a couple times or more firmly to get them to work. Its not too big of a deal for me. My online purchase was easy and curb side pickup was easy.

I recently purchased a refurbished computer, and I am extremely happy with my decision. Despite my initial concerns about buying a used computer, I was able to find a high-performance machine that looked practically brand new for a fraction of the cost of buying it new. After installing my applications, I was able to start using it immediately and have had no issues with it whatsoever. I was also pleased to know that I made an environmentally friendly decision by purchasing a recycled computer, which added to my satisfaction with the purchase. Overall, I highly recommend considering a refurbished computer if you’re on a budget.

Joysystems/BBY Despite being refurbished, the laptop arrived in great condition, with no visual noticeable scratches or marks. The performance has been impressive, handling multitasking and demanding applications with ease. The battery life is also surprisingly good, lasting several hours on a single charge. Overall, this refurbished laptop offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable machine without breaking the bank.

I just got this laptop for overall personal use. I use it to write up documents, create on canva and casual gaming (sims 4). I play with a lot of game packs and some mods/cc. Surprisingly the game runs really good ! I do want to mention the size of the screen is small, I have to scale everything bigger so if that is something you look for, this ain't it. It does run smooth and fast so that's a huge plus. I did buy an external Keyboard and mouse because I'm used to desktops. Laptops feel small to me, this is a good basic laptop, I just got it for temporary use and on the go. I do plan to buy a bigger monitor to expand the screens since this one feels too small for me.

I am so in love with my new laptop! It runs all of my favorite games (Sims 4, Two Point, majority of the Xbox games, and so much more!) The description says that it isn’t touch screen but it actually is and that just makes it even better! It was definitely worth the purchase.

I recently purchased this laptop refurbished and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I bought it as a "home" computer, as my other laptop is used heavily for work. It's a bit clunky compared to other newer, slimmer models, but it works perfectly for what I need it for. It's a little bit slow on boot-up, but it's not terrible. Thanks Joy Systems and Best Buy!

I was unsure about buying a refurbished laptop but this one is really great. The graphics are crystal clear and the speed is great. Looking forward to gaming and using it for my daily tasks.

Great laptop! I got this for my son who is dual enrolled. He absolutely loves it and it is just perfect for his college classes.

The laptop appears to be working fine. I think her name was Hannah, over on the Geek Squad team. She was phenomenal in getting my documents transferred over to my old laptop to the refurbished Dell. She also installed all of the software to make everything seamless. Shout out to her.

This computer has everything I need plus more. Needed a laptop that had decent storage as well as an hdmi output for basic internet searching, streaming, and setting up an at home golf simulator. This laptop covers all of that with plent of speed. Set up was easy

This computer feels brand new. It even came with a card that tells me who assembled my refurbished computer, like the person hand wrote their name on it. it personalized the purchase and made it an even better experience. It is a great option for the work that I do and I’m so glad that Best Buy had it for sale and delivered me a quality product.
