The laptop is fantastic. I would not be able to tell the difference between this one and a brand-new one. It is of extremely high quality, and I am very satisfied with it overall. I am using this as a college laptop; it runs business software without any problems and fits very nicely in a backpack. It is also quite light, which further makes it a great choice for students. My only complaint would be with Best Buy's tracking system. I did not take any stars away because this is not directly correlated with the laptop. Best Buy's tracking system feels like it has not been updated since the early 2000s. It will give you an estimated date, nothing else. No updates about where it is or if it is behind schedule until the anticipated date passes. Then, it does not give you a new estimated date; it just says that it is delayed. Even better, if you try to call the store, it sends you straight to the corporate line, which has the same very limited information as you. This is an issue I have had on multiple Best Buy orders, and it is something to be aware of before ordering. Best Buy would be a markedly better company with updated tracking abilities for its customers.

Purchased this as a first laptop and was suprised by some features I wasnt expecting. It has both facial recognition and a finger print unlock feature options. Once fully updated with windows 11 pro it funs perfectly. Large enough storage to run the sims 4 with plenty of expansions. Size is sensable and will be easy to take to school when needed. Joy Systems did a great job shipping the refurbished product it looks and runs amazing. They've inclued information on they 1 year warranty period which provides an extra relief when purchasing.

Wanted to love it BUT it is listed as having a backlit keyboard. Mine did not. Shipped with a 65W power supply/charger. Should have been a 90W for the battery installed. The battery discharged even when plugged in. Frustrated by the deception and shortcomings, it was returned to Best Buy the same day as received. Hopefully others are better.

Product came with faulty fan. Did not start to overhead until after return period ended.

I have used the computer for two weeks now and everything has worked perfectly. Computer shell, keyboard, all appear to be brand new. Easy setup. At first I thought the battery was draining quickly, but after finishing all of the needed updates and everything battery life is very good. I would definitely purchase a refurbished computer from Joy systems/Best Buy again.

Disappointed that you cant play downloaded steam games or playing streaming gamea because it lags so bad you cant even watch a cut scene. Its not my internet, im playing everyday on my HP omen. I got this laptop for my brother and its very disappointing. CS is unplayable, simple games like the forest/SOF2 unplayable. I should have spent the extra $400 and got him an omen, this was just a waste of $600 bucks.

So far so good. Only a week but installation flawless, fast and battery seems in like new condition.

Remember to update the drivers so the HDMI port works.
