    The computer is god and easy to use. We had an issue with a dvd attachment but the geek squad fixed it no problem.

    Being use to using a home computer most of my life it was a really nice change to a laptop. I've always had dell products and always loved them. The touch screen option is also very responsive. It basically is a larger version of my cell phone so it makes viewing emails alot easier. I love it.
