I sent this to my son as a birthday gift. The one delivered was not working. He took it to a store and they replaced it. He loves it.

Good, not great. It’s a good basic laptop. No extra bells and whistles. Battery life is honestly surprisingly short in my opinion. For the price I got it at, I count it as a win.

This is a wonderful laptop. I just don't like that it forces you to use MIcrosoft Edge. It took me a lot of work to get Google onto this laptop. It seems like that was a software block that would not allow it.

Great value for money! Be aware about the docking station. If you planning to use one with this laptop make sure that they are compatible.

Overall, its a good laptop that can handle all of your productivitiy needs. Boots up very fast.

Familiar with older Dell models Insperion and Lattitude, which are physically sturdier and contain more access ports. After 2 weeks of light use and getting familiar with the laptop, it appears to be adequate for my needs.

Very happy with the Dell 15.6 2K Touchscreen laptop. Plenty fast and the keyboard is better than my HP laptop. Great a real value for the money. Touchscreen nice too.
