    This is fantastic laptop for basic productivity needs as well as light browsing plus watching youtube. The 2k screen is noticeably smooth. The 8GB of RAM is an issue however as most modern browsers in 2025 will eat up a good chunk of it.

    So far, this laptop has been 5/5 and works great. I do not have any complaints as it is way better than our previous laptop. It is very fast and responsive. Touch screen is pretty cool too.

    Nice computer but doesn’t use the USB-C style charger like most new computers. I missed that when purchasing. Still has an older style charger. Works great and is fast and has plenty of memory for what I need.

    The laptop's fine now that it has been updated. When first opened it didn't work properly and it took an hour or more by phone to have a tech person get it updated so that I could download an antivirus program.
