The 2k screen is noticeably smooth. The 8GB of RAM is an issue however as most modern browsers in 2025 will eat up a good chunk of it.

Laptop replacement for old slow desktop

She only uses it a couple of times a week to access her online accounts. It is fast and makes her time completing tasks much faster. It is a perfect laptop. For the pric point.

Great Computer

This Dell is great. Non-glare screen, Windows 11, clear graphics & 512 GB of storage. I was happy to be able to download the drive from HP so I wouldn't have to replace my 15 year old HP printer.
