Bought this laptop for my wife. She loves it. Incredibly fast is capable of running every program she needs. Microsoft office, quickbooks ect. Extremely satisfied with my purchase especially at the discounted price.

With the touchscreen. I love it fir my clients. They can sign documents on the screen. Makes my job so much easier

This is a decent value PC, especially since the specs are hard to beat at this price point. If you are on a budget it is a solid choice. However, I ended up returning it because of a few issues. The build quality feels like cheap plastic and it is a massive fingerprint magnet. My biggest complaint was the fan. It is excessively loud even when I was just doing basic browsing or simple tasks. If you want something that feels premium and stays quiet, this probably isn't the one for you

Going fine so far. light weight, OK deal in price. I wish the keyboard had light and the cooling fan was quieter than my last laptop ASUS.

Great value laptop. Runs smoothly and able to perform multiple functions simultaneously. If you want to game though you would need to look at a different laptop.

This is a great laptop that comes with decent RAM and storage for the price. The one thing I would love to see improved is the hinge connection that can sometimes break and crack the screen.

This thing is fast and has really good graphics bought it for wife to pay bills an watch movies but I’ve been gaming on it and tuning my truck lol

I like the computer in all respects except one--it tends to overheat if I leave it plugged in to power. When it overheats it shuts down and remains unusable until it cools back down.

This laptop runs very well for general use. I work with Word and Excel documents and they open quickly. Internet pages also open without hesitation. Very good for multi tasking. Nice size hard drive easily holds all my data and photos. I have had zero issues with heat from the laptop. All in all I am pleased with this Dell laptop.

I got it for my mom for christmas and it is the upgrade to her 8 year old dell. Im pumped to mover ber over to amd as well.
