Solid middle-of-the-road computer. Nice display and touch screen, although sometimes the detail-oriented nature of websites don't quite work well with the touch screen. It changes quickly to tablet mode when the keyboard is flipped underneath. The keyboard with backlighting is great. Biggest complaint is the touchpad, which has not barrier between the touchpad and its left/right keys, which causes some issues of clicks not registering. Performance is pretty solid, although you get some laggy performance and the rare freeze. Some of the preinstalled software is highly annoying.

Only have had this laptop for a week but so far I am very pleased with it. Love the two in one function and the backlit keyboard. It does put out a bit of heat from the bottom of the screen when folded. The keyboard is comfortable but smaller than I am used to so I keep making typos but will get used to it soon. It starts up quickly. Seems to take a minute to find the internet when I open the lid after having had it closed for a while. The unit has a nice heft to it but it's not heavy, just seems sturdy; the top has a rubberized material that feels nice and hopefully won't show fingerprints like the shiny one I am retiring.

I love how the keyboard lights up so I can see when I am working in the dark. The two in one feature is great, there are certain features I have yet to figure out though (copy&paste) in the tablet mode. When I skype, people tell me they cannot hear me talk? its very quiet? I am not sure if I am doing something wrong, but that feature is complicated-not user friendly. The touchscreen feature is great. And this size is perfect!

I'm not real 'teckie,' but with a little help from my computer support guy, I got this petite but powerful computer up and running in no time. Seems to be working fine, and the new Windows 10 op system is not presenting too many new hurdles for us.

Great purchase! use it for my business and personal. Easy to use, very fast and great picture quality. Would definteley recomend.

I bought this laptop specifically for photography purposes. It's simple, straight forward and easy to use. As it is a 2-in-1 I found it obnoxious that the settings were not defaulted to flip the display based on being in laptop or tablet mode (but it was an easy fix in settings). This laptop does not have an integrated disk drive so I had to purchase an external one to run Lightroom 6-- the display is fantastic for photographers. That said, the touch screen has something to be desired in responsiveness as does the track pad. I'm not sure if it's the way I rest my hands on the laptop while I type but my cursor is constantly jumping around on the screen and changing the place I'm typing. I've never had that problem on any other laptop I've used. Oddly enough, when I'm trying to move the cursor via the track pad, particularly when scrolling thru webpages, it doesn't always move quite far enough which makes 2 finger scrolling to be something of a nuisance. Overall, it has a beautiful display. It isn't bulky and has real potential to be awesome in the field for photographers needing something on the go or to just display their work.

Needed a 13 inch laptop for mobility, and this was a good value. Windows 10 was easy once i fixed to my setting needs. Good battery life, great design and Perfect Size. Used daily for a month now no problems whatsoever.

I have a hard time saying that this is an awesome laptop. I was really expecting it to be a bit more snappy. I bought the 13.3 because I wanted the i5 processor. The computer does pretty good for most tasks but it is unfortunately a little slow opening applications and just moving from screen to screen. To be fair to Dell, this may be an issue with Windows 10 as this is one of the first systems to ship with the brand new OS. The flexibility of the "tent" function and the tablet function is nice to have. I thought I would use the tablet more but it seems to be just as easy to keep the system in just normal laptop mode. Startup time is relatively quick and so far the battery life is probably better than I expected. Overall a pretty good all in one type system.

3.8!! Overall I absolutely love my Laptop. The only problem I have is the speaker go in and out. At first it only happened when I was on Netflix. After a month of having it it happens with Youtube too. The sound problem was an immediate problem and I have taken it back to get a new one and it seems as though they all do it. Windows 10 is awesome I love all the changes. Personally I was never a fan of Windows 8.

So far the laptop has been great and just what I wanted. The only big problem I had with it is it struggled to connect with the WiFi. I finally took it in and geek squad did some updates that seem to have fixed the problem. It's a big enough problem that it makes me nervous about the longevity of the product, but otherwise I've loved it so I really hope it does last!

I was very happy at first when I bought this laptop. It had some nice features, and I was loving the touchscreen. But then after two weeks of having it, my computer showed "limited access" for the WiFi. I figured it was my internet provider but after it remained like that for a week, I decided to call Dell. I was on the phone with them for about four hours and then in the end they had to do a factory reset on my computer. Lucky, I didn't have much saved because I had just bought it. Also, after the computer got resetted, the screen started blinking blank and that was just unacceptable because this is a new computer and it shouldn't have acted like this. And all of this happened in less than a month. Maybe it was bad luck, but overall I was very disappointed because I really wanted this laptop and it did not turn out how I wanted.

This is an excellent laptop. Fast, reliable and sturdy construction. The touch is screen is smooth and responsive. I'm thinking about upgrading the HDD to SSD.

This is a touch screen laptop that works awesome in terms of speed and functionality. It's really good for work, school, and recreation.

Quick Windows 10 pre installed. Great screen resolution, long battery life. I'm not a major games but runners all the programs I throw at it. Only question I still have is how well it will hold up. One of the hinges seems loose already. We don't travel with computer so it has very little ware other then normal use.

This laptop combines good performance, versatile form factor and long battery life. The screen is sharp and bright, the touch screen feature is great and helps with quick navigation. However, its wi-fi connectivity is spotty. At times it refuses to connect when every other device old and new connects fine.

It is a great size-small enough to be compact, large enough to work comfortably on. Touch screen works great, and great speed.
