This laptop is very Easy to use. I love the touch screen feature. The sales person was very knowledgable and helpful.

I like the backlit keyboard,the sound isn't great and had some issues with the power button in the beginning but that has gone away. The sound remains the only thing that I really don't like, it's just not great sound quality. The computer is a good size and like the touch screen.

I always wait until my old laptops crash before buying new and this laptop just happened to be everything I was looking for. It functions just fine, as a laptop should. When you transfer it into tablet mode it also functions just fine although it has taken me some getting used to. My only complaint and the reason I give this 2 in 1 Touch-Screen Laptop 4 stars is because on a few different occasions the computer has gone "wonky" being switched between laptop and tablet mode. By "wonky" I mean I've had problems with the keyboard... the keyboard locks as it should in tablet mode but when it is switched back to laptop mode and the keyboard is turned on, the keyboard seemed to stay locked. The only thing that has fixed the problem was being restarted which is a pain. But regardless of that small problem it's a great product and works pretty well being what it is. I like this laptop and have to admit I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

When I first had a Dell it didn't work out so great. I was hesitant to get another one based on my first experience. I am so glad I took a chance to get it. The graphics are sharp. The startup is fast and Windows 10 is so easy to use.

LT works but slow and sometimes problems opening programs. Love the touch screen and weight and also the color. This would be great for a beginner that don't play lots of games and/or need the computer to run fast at all times.

This laptop\tablet is used for business. It has been able to handle everything we've thrown at it, so far. I would recommend this device to anyone who needs a fast, reliable device with the convenience of a flip back keyboard.

The size and weight of this computer were an important upgrade for me along with the 8 mb of RAM for speed and 500 gig hard drive. Battery life fits my needs well as a home user. The versatility of both the mouse and touch screen response is a very natural flow from using a tablet and computer separately.

Very versatile and easy to use. I especially like the Windows 10 over the 8.1!

It's not blazingly fast or amazingly powerful but for all of your normal day to day tasks it gets the job done quickly and easily. Plus it really looks great. If I needed a second machine I would hesitate to buy one again.

I was originally going to buy a HP laptop until I can across this Dell. It is compact, sleek, has a touch screen and has everything I wanted in a computer. I really like the backlit keyboard too! Definitely worth the money.

I bought this right when Windows 10 came out. The price attracted me for having a 5th gen i5 and 8gb of RAM. Just what I was looking for! And about $300 cheaper than a similarly equipped Lenovo. Does everything I need. Outstanding beautiful display.

I liked the small size and light weight. It's a sturdily built laptop that doesn't feel cheap. Windows 10 runs very well on it. I was a Windows 8 hater, but Windows 10 has won me over. Battery life is EXCELLENT! I get at least 8 hours on a charge with constant use. In fact I usually use the laptop for a couple of evenings before charging it. After a week or so I did end up replacing the 5000RPM 500GB drive that came with the laptop with a Samsung 500GB Solid State Drive (SSD). The replacement was easy enough to do myself. This really sped up the laptop incredibly! It now boots completely in 14 seconds!

We are very happy with our Dell Inspiron 13 computer. It is all we wanted and more. The touchscreen is ideal for surfing the web. We bought this for our travels, but find we use it plenty at home too, putting our desktop computer in second place.

Really too soon to know everything about this. Lotsof new to figure out. Windows 10 (never worked on 8). Touch screen etc. but so far seems to replace previous laptop well. Love the display- very crisp and bright.

This computer is a great value and was purchased to replace an older Toshiba that ran very hot to the point of randomly shutting itself down. The new Dell 2 in 1 runs cool and has a backlight keyboard. The touch screen works great.

This laptop works very well. I love the 2-1 in feature. It's very sleek and light weight. The only problem I've faced is sometimes the mouse icon doesn't appear or it's slow. Other than that no issues!

We needed to get rid of our old HP Netbook, did some searching, and came upon this Dell. It does everything we need and then some. The speed is great and I love the flexibility of using it like a tablet.

Although it's already been two years, my Dell 2-in-1 Touch Screen Laptop works magnificently. I am able to switch between either mode seamlessly, and use this product on-the-go. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a tablet, but needs something that has a sturdy keyboard for more intricate Office documents.
