I like my new PC. It is fairly fast and really light. I had to get a new PC, because my old PC had windows 10, which will no longer be supported. I'd prefer the audio connection on the back, or at least have it on both places. Also, it would be nice to be able to add another hard drive for backup.

Perfect size and has all the functions I need. Price was good too.

Great little Home Office computer and plenty powerful enough too! What I liked about it is that it is expandable. You can add more memory and you can add a hard drive. You can buy the hard drive kit from Dell.com directly for about $35 and that includes the hard drive tray and the cables.

Dell has always been an excellent company. Their computers are reliable and powerful. We find it easy to extend their on-site warranty to three years and have yet to need any service.

I've only had this Dell about a month, time will tell how long it lasts. So far it's fast, easy to use and reliable. I am not a gamer, nor do I work from home. This has been a good PC for daily, minimal, internet use.

Old PC which ran great was a little too old for WIndows 11. Time for a new one. Saw this on line, went to my local Best Buy and came home with it. It installed super easy and was up and running within 15-20 minutes. I installed my necessary programs and transferred all my data. This is a great little PC and does the job for me. And the price was right, it was on sale.

I got this to replace an older Intel 5 computer that couldn't upgrade to Windows 11. The Ultra is a big improvement. It has a small footprint, too, and has multiple slots for accessories.

We bought this to replace an older Dell. It has worked very well for our purposes--occasional work from home, email, shopping, and most importantly, holding pics/docs/etc from 25 years of home computing.

I have only had this computer for a couple of weeks but so far it has worked fine. There are many new items on it that I had not had before, so I am still getting used to it. I am not tech advantaged so when I get the chance to have things explained to me, I readily accept. However, i did research on it and other computers, and I felt that this was the best deal in my price range.

Like any Dell product I have used, it's reliable and functions well. For the value, this was an excellent purchase considering it has an Intel Core Ultra processor, 16 GB memory, and 1 TB storage. As always, the staff at Best Buy were informed and professional.

Bought this desktop for my mother to replace a very old machine. This is a perfect machine for her - it's easy to navigate, intuitive for a "casual" user and gives her the speed and access she needs. Setup and service was stellar from the geek squad too :)
