I returned the refurbished one for the new one no problem.

Great Upgrade

Shopped around for a couple of weekends, and finally decided to stick with the Dell brand, as I have always had dood luck with their computers. Had the Geek squad move all of my data and files, which took them less than a day, brought the tower home, plugged in, then signed into my Google account and all of my information was available. This computer is extremely quiet and very fast! So far I am quite pleased.

Their computers are reliable and powerful. We find it easy to extend their on-site warranty to three years and have yet to need any service.
