Powerful yet compact desktop that doesn’t take up much room, not bulky or heavy for handling and performs very well. Easy to set up. It is everything I needed and then some!

We’re off to a great start with our new Dell tower. Best Buy staff and Geek Squad worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Had an old desk top computer. Needed a new desktop for Microsoft Windows 11. Very happy with new desk top computer. Very fast compared to our old desk top.

This pc is fast just the way I like if. I'm quite happy with this purchase. For the features the price was good for me.

A few problems getting going. Some of the dell software either didn’t work or was missing. Dell optimizer for one . Best Buy in Plano doesn’t do set ups on new computers anymore but the store in frisco helped solve the problems. The dell help desk was no help. Things are fine now and I like the computer. Good options at a good price.

Works well. The audio plug in should be moved to the back panel. Boot up is fast.

I bought this PC because need to exchange Windows 10 to Windows 11. My first new PC works for 5 days and after died. Thanks to Best Buy, it was exchanged to another one. One month later still working but not so fast as expected. Has not enough 3.0 or higher USB ports. My old PC with 12 GB memory worked much faster but with Windows10 which not supported now. Will not recommend

Replace 10+ yr old Lanova to upgrade to Windows 11

okay so far. Still getting over the loss of $150.00 price match as the unit was not available for me to use until the day after the sale ended. It was waiting for the Geek Squad appt. This took the joy out of the purchase.

The computer itself, and its setup by the in-store setup were excellent. The subsequent geek squad support by telephone when I experienced a problem was less than a positive experience.

Wasn't looking forward to getting a new computer and transferring all the programs I use, but Windows 11 forced my hand. The Geek Squad did the heavy lifting and had me up and running quickly.
