PC review

My first new PC works for 5 days and after died. Thanks to Best Buy, it was exchanged to another one. One month later still working but not so fast as expected. Has not enough 3.0 or higher USB ports. My old PC with 12 GB memory worked much faster but with Windows10 which not supported now. Will not recommend

Almost satisfied

Still getting over the loss of $150.00 price match as the unit was not available for me to use until the day after the sale ended. It was waiting for the Geek Squad appt. This took the joy out of the purchase.

The subsequent geek squad support by telephone when I experienced a problem was less than a positive experience.

The Geek Squad did the heavy lifting and had me up and running quickly.

Journey of a PC that never arrived

This review is for Best Buy and not the computer, as I never recieved it. I ordered this PC online and should have had it in one week. After 10 days and no further updates on package tracking I reached out to Best Buy. After a brief investigation they determined that the shipper, FedEx, had lost the PC. I still wanted the PC and asked if they could ship another. I was told that they had no more in stock. Not from my local store, but at all. As such I was offered a refund. 3 weeks after ordering this PC from Best Buy I had my money back and purchased another Dell PC elsewhere. I will be cancelling My Best Buy rewards account as well. Not worth the money if they don't have the items I need.
