Fast but heavy with not so good battery life. Good product in this price range though.

I received my device and was excited to get it all set up. I started by updating it via Dell update and Windows update. I then tried looking for the 1TB HardDrive that was supposed to be in the build... Nowhere to be found! This description lied! AND I can't even get on a live chat with an agent because "They're all busy".
