    I like the computer but am extremely disappointed that 3 of the keyboard keys don't work every now and then. Price ya pay for a refurbished laptop I guess.

    The product is excellent. The problem is that you can't activate Windows. Best Buy does not send an activation code and the code in the computer will not work. When I called the "Geek Squad", I was told this was a common problem and the only solution was to take it to a Best Buy store or purchase an activation key from Microsoft.. I considered returning the laptop, but I liked it so much I decided to keep it and paid the extra money to buy an activation key from Microsoft (I am quite active and don't have time to go to the store, that's why I bought it online, THE LAST TIME I WILL USE BESTBUY.COM).
