I am especially impressed with the screen quality and the speed. Windows 7 performs best with some extra Ram.

Good design, Condition and good price. Value for money.

I was extremely disappointed with the laptop. I could not get a wireless connection with it. I carried it to the geek squad at the local Best Buy and waited an hour, had to return later that night only to learn that the laptop could not be fixed. There was nothing in the store to replace it with, so I got my money returned. It was my first experience wit Best Buy and it was not a pleasant experience.

The computer arrived in good time and in good shape. It works for everything I want it to do from office items to entertainment.

Very slow and poorly made. My hard drive FRIED after only six months. Not only I lost everything, but technical support was lousy. They don't own the fact that their quality control cannot be decent if a hard drive completely dies after six months. Thanks to Dell I am now about to have (I am still waiting for them to fix the computer) a six month old laptop that has been refurbished... Because yeah, they are going to replace the "new-ish" hd with a refurbished one. And I thought HP was bad... I'm never getting a Dell again.
