Purchased brand new for gift (college present for daughter). Within 2 weeks multiple failures with system, daughter took to Geek squad for repair. Within 2 weeks, again multiple failures and now unable to even access at all. Returned to store. Item was on clearance when purchased. Do not buy.

Got this for my daughter to use in college. Powerful, easy to use and just right for her needs. Form factor is a little bulkier than it needs to be. But this is not a problem.

Has it's limitations with an older processor, but overall is a good value for the money. Very nice if all you want to do is go on the internet, check email, and do some word processing.

This laptop has been great and issue free. My teenage daughter loves it and uses it daily. Will buy another one for my other daughter.

I was stuck on a MacBook & this dell laptop. I wanted to be in a budget between 600-800 I know the MacBook would of been over budget but when you want something you'll do it. How ever I did my research about this laptop even bother all the employees at best buy with questions haha & I couldn't be happier with me decision with this purchase it's really worth the quality and I'm such a happy customer I would really recommend this laptop to any college student like my self

I need the light weight for long distance work. And this is the good laptop fit my need. So far so good.

I wanted to like this laptop as we have an older version of this laptop. However, I was a disappointment and had to be returned. First the screen suffered from the dreaded (Dell) ghost touches, Second, the sound card was defective. Also, while they upped the ram and added the ssd on this model, they slowed the processor down, which really impacts the laptops overall performance. For the price point, the specs are really great, but the low quality and slow processor speed are underwhelming. Avoid.

Awesome product. loved it from the start. i upgraded to windows 10 for free and it has been even better since then.

Bought for my daughter that just started college and it is perfect size and weight for trekking across campus.

Shuts down sporadically strait out of the box. Dell techs have been of little help. Don't waste your time or money. One star is a stretch but the website forced a rating, otherwise it would have no stars.

Purchased for my nephew who is on his way to grad school. Easy to use.

We had an issue with the speakers first time we started the lap, however, seems to be ok now.

Like the two in one. Can use it like a standard computer. Or like a touch screen tablet!
