Chris who was extremely heipful in teaching me what steps I needed to take in making my laptop faster and more productive. He also gave me great advice on what programs and software I needed to achieve my desired results.

Open Box warning

Paid $2,000 for my wife's Surface and this is just as good and a 1/4 of the price! Warning: Beware of open box computers. Had problems registering windows initially and I had to restart from factory settings and having issues with product key again. Told by Microsoft and Dell that key was blocked for over use and I had to contact Best buy. Best buy refused to help unless I pay $$$.... I recommend computer, but not open box...

Great Laptop

She is always drawing surfing the web or whatever she has needed it has done. Great job to the Dell Team on this model...
