As a parent looking for a fast and reliable laptop for my teenage daughter’s schoolwork, I came across this Dell Inspiron 14” 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop. She wanted something quick, portable, and with a touchscreen. After using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say this laptop is a great choice for both school and everyday use. This laptop stood out because it offers the right mix of speed, good design, and flexibility, all at a fair price. My daughter upgraded from an older Dell XPS, and this felt like the right modern step forward. One of the best feature is the hinge as you can use it as a tablet or regular laptop. She uses tablet mode for drawing and taking notes, and laptop mode for homework. The hinge feels strong and doesn’t wobble and it’s well-built. With an Intel core 5 processor and 16GB of fast DDR5 memory, this laptop is really fast for everyday tasks. Apps open quickly, switching between tabs is smooth, and it runs videos and school programs without any slowdowns. The 14” Full HD+ screen is clear and bright. The touchscreen is very responsive, and watching shows on Netflix or YouTube looks great. Unlike many newer laptops, this one still has lots of ports. 2 USB-C, 2 USB-A, HDMI, a full-size SD card reader, and a headphone jack. That means no need to carry extra dongles or adapters. It’s perfect for students who need to plug in flash drives or other accessories. Security is easy too and there’s a fingerprint sensor built into the power button and a camera privacy shutter, which gives peace of mind as parents. The Ice Blue color looks fresh and modern. The laptop feels strong and not flimsy at all. The keyboard is backlit, well-spaced, and very comfortable to type on that is great for long school projects. Only few drawbacks are the fan can get a little loud when doing heavy work like updates, and the speaker volume is decent but could be louder in noisy places. The sound quality is still good with Dolby Atmos, and headphones help a lot. Overall, this 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop is a smart pick if you’re looking for a laptop that’s fast, flexible, and worth the money. It works well for students, professionals, or anyone who wants a reliable everyday laptop. My daughter loves how quick and smooth it is and how easy it is to carry to and from school. If you want a laptop that also works as a tablet, has a great screen, good battery life, and lots of useful ports, without breaking the bank then this one’s a winner. I highly recommend it.

This laptop was nice but only after 1 hr i felt it quite hot on my legs, much hotter than any other computer I have owned. Over heating so I returned it. I really wanted to love my Dell. Have Dell desktops which work well.

Laptop is super fast and the screen resolution is great. I didn’t know if I’d use the 2 in 1 feature but I find it very convenient.

I have used an Acer for years, but I wanted to change brands, and we found Dell at our local BEST BUY. I was hesitant at first, but it turned out that it is so easy to use and the directions were so well written that I could follow along very easily.

I have had this computer for a month. Until yesterday I was ready to return it and get a different product. finally so frustrated I called Geek Squad and we went remote. It took about 2 hours but the service agent was very patient and determined. My internet connection was continually going out when the computer 3 feet away stayed connected. THe printer that I wa trying to add would be located but not able to add to Device. My screen was so touchy that I continually had to restart an activity or retype whole sentences. BUT the service agent worked her magic. I have not disconnected since then. Have typed this without any issues. my printer works like a printer should. and my speed is up to the 2 G that I am supposed to have.

Got this for my sister's birthday, it's her first laptop and she loves it so much. She's an artist so the touch screen option is a plus for her. I have a laptop too but I'm also kind of jealous that hers look that much better than mine. Would recommend!!

Great Laptop for the price. No problems from the start.

This machine is fantastic! It's a shame that Trump's import taxes have jacked up the price so it's over $100 more now than what I paid for it, but that's no fault of the machine at all.

This Dell Inspiron 14 computer is excellent. It provides enough storage and manages streaming of videos

it’s cool, gets a bit loud when charging but you can just fix that in the settings.

It's a quality computer for basic needs and the price.

This computer does everything I need and more. Streaming movies looks amazing, I can work and stream at the same time. Picture quality is great, ram is fast, if your looking for a laptop that will do what you need, I Highly recommend. It will run games too but not pc quality.

The Dell Inspiron 14 laptop I purchased from Best Buy works well. Like all new laptops it didn’t come with an optical drive. It’s got a 512 Gbyte solid state hard drive and 16 Gbyte of memory
