This is my unsolicited review of the Dell - Inspiron 14 2-in-1 Touch Laptop - AMD Ryzen 5 Processor - AMD Radeon Graphics - 8 GB Memory - 512 GB SSD in color Midnight Blue, 1st I love the color it is different and stands out, no smudges, and easy to clean. 2nd the laptop is a beast, not made of plastic and can last a while but the con is the weight. 3rd This laptop 2 in 1 has the added feature of tablet mode, which is why this was initially so appealing to me. It is 14 inches which is bigger than my iPAD but no where near as fast as the M4 iPAD pro. 4th and last comment is the PC is slow, windows 11 is a resource hog as is excel and other spreadsheets so the weak 8 GB Memory is not enough for 2024, it should have 16 GB RAM for the high price . Also the storage is average at best with only a 512 GB SSD. Overall it is a average laptop ,and a bit heavy since it is not made of all plastic like the new HP 2 in 1 laptops.. I like Dell and the CPU is okay but this beast needs more RAM to last into 2025 and beyond. In summary I give it 3 out of 5 stars for lack of RAM and storage, weight. The screen is nice , great display, just too slow for 2024.

Great laptop, I recommend more storage and ram. Would be a flawless experience with those exceptions. Great backlit keyboard, finger print unlock, economic traveling size with all the same great capabilites. Takes a c type charger, thats new to me! Dell is 10/10

It comes right on. Have not had any issues. This is our 3rd one purchased sine dec 2024

My laptop suddenly crashed and I had to get a new one fast. I love the color, the durability and the functionality. Highly recommend. It can be a bit noisy, like others have said, but that's a small deal for me.

Following a follow up set up My 14 inch laptop allows me to work at home thus saving me a bundle on gas and other job expenses. Its compact size is great when I take an annual 5 week vaction. It goes along for entertainment and sharing photos I take during these road trips. I have recommended this unit to many of my friends.

This laptop is doing everything we purchased it for. It starts up quickly and the battery last for a long time.

Reliable. Decent battery life. Capable of playing some games at lower graphic settings. Does everything else pretty well. Realistically, I give it a 4.5

very good screen and feel solid. I use for watching video and doing some work. I like 2 in 1. cons - little heavy

The computer is great for the work my daughter is using it for. The computer loads quickly and response to getting on certain pages load quickly

This laptop was purchased for my husband to use while he is on duty. His assigned laptop was not very good. He loves this new one and uses it almost every day. He has had no issues with it. It is very fast and more than capable of handling all his day to day work.
