Have had the product for about 2 months now, so far it works great, fast, lightweight and efficient. Nice touchscreen feature. I use it for personal use only, such as email, online shopping, zoom calls/ meetings etc. The only thing I don't like is the video quality on Zoom meetings, I was hoping for more clarity. It seems like it is just how it was manufactured. I feel as though I am using an early 2000's laptop with it's mid video quality. Other than that, it is good for the refurbished discounted version I got.

I'm only 2 weeks in, but this smaller, touch-screen, 2 in 1 laptop seems like a great replacement for my 17 inch Dell laptop. Its smaller size makes it so much more portable to bring along for meetings, etc. I am sure I will become accustomed to where my fingers need to be eventually! No glitches so far! I was dreading this transition (and had suffered too long with a failing keyboard), but the Geek Squad's handling of the data transfer made it painless. Oh, and did I mention the great price for everything my IT consultant told me I should look for?

My Dell laptop works very well, good speed, touch screen, and a really nice size ( good for carrying in a handbag or tote).

Perfect for a young college student. The Intel Core 5 with 16GB memory and 512GB SSD is the perfect size for speed and overall performance. The battery life has been ok. The screen display is nice and crisp. With both USB C and A ports it meets the demand right now. Like I said, perfect for the college student.

Light enough for easy travel transport; weighty enough to feel like a quality, durable product. My only minor complaint about its design is having to pay attention to which side of the navigation pad you're placing your fingers on to perform basic functions. Other than that, excited to maximize the 2-in-1 tablet feature on the plane and other settings away from home.

Wonderful and powerful laptop that does everything I need with great speed. The color is very calming and it's easy to transport-light but solidly built. The ease of changing it to a portable touchscreen is an added bonus. I can carry this everywhere with ease. I recently purchased this Dell Inspiron laptop and had the Geek squad transfer all of my data from my old laptop . Love the touch screen feature which I didn’t have on my old laptop and it’s so much faster than the old laptop. So fat very happy with it.

I purchased this Dell - Inspiron 14 2-in-1 14" Touch Screen Laptop - Intel Core 5 with 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Ice for my electrician program at Saint Paul College. I chose this laptop because it was inexpensive while giving me all I need as a on hands/physical learner. This was perfect for me as a choice for me. I love to save money while protecting the Earth from more pollution and waste by having a digital way of drawing electrical circuits. Recently purchased a Dell Inspirion 14 to replace a 10-year-old laptop. So far this Dell has been great. The backlit keyboard is nice. I like the size of it and the touch screen capability.

I bought this laptop to replace an outdated Windows 10 unit. So far this one has met all my expectations and then some. It's fast, nice screen, and easy to type on, which is a big deal to me. Solid purchase.

I’ve been using the Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 for a few weeks now, and what stands out most is how smoothly it transitions between work and relaxation. I use it in laptop mode for work like spreadsheets and video calls, and switch to tent mode at night for movies. Even with many tabs open, it doesn't freeze and slow-function which used to happen a lot to my old laptop. The Dolby Atmos speakers sound good, especially for movies and music. The touchscreen is responsive and works well for browsing or quick notes. Dell ComfortView helps reduce eye strain when I watch shows for a long time. It’s slim and light enough to carry in my bag but still feels sturdy. Overall, it’s a reliable laptop that works well for both work and relaxation.

This is an excellent laptop - especially for the price! It has the right combination of i5 CPU and 16 GB of RAM to do everything I need it to do and do it quickly! By connecting it to an external monitor, it is as functional as a comparable desktop, but has the flexibility of mobility.

The Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 14" touchscreen is a great laptop so far. The touchscreen is smooth and accurate. Battery life has been good, lasts several hours. overall, we are loving it.

This is a weighty device, but otherwise the screen is great. Keyboard spacing is extremely roomy. My daughter is extremely happy with her new laptop.

Computer is easy to navigate, lightweight, speed is fast enough for school work, screen brightness is good, love the keyboard illumination feature for night time use along with fingerprint scanner.

It smoothly handles multitasking,I can have multiple tabs open ,battery life is good too and keyboard is a joy to type on
