Purchased for significant other as replacement for similar laptop. Works great. Backlit keyboard and touch screen make it easy to use in all lighting situations and without a mouse. For its intended use, web-surfing and emails, plenty of RAM and storage.

Touch screen, lightweight and fits the bill for my uses.

I purchased this computer as a gift for my sister, who is completing her Master's. She is very pleased with the appearance, functionality, and processing speed. The camera's clarity is amazing, which was important for the work she will be doing.

I purchased this Dell - Inspiron 14 2-in-1 14" Touch Screen Laptop - Intel Core 5 with 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Ice for my electrician program at Saint Paul College. I chose this laptop because it was inexpensive while giving me all I need as a on hands/physical learner. This was perfect for me as a choice for me. I love to save money while protecting the Earth from more pollution and waste by having a digital way of drawing electrical circuits. On top of this, the people who helped with this purchase made the process come to an end in a timely manner with exceptional customer service. Outstanding help from the Roseville BestBuy workers.

Recently purchased a Dell Inspirion 14 to replace a 10-year-old laptop. So far this Dell has been great. The backlit keyboard is nice. I like the size of it and the touch screen capability.

This is an excellent laptop - especially for the price! It has the right combination of i5 CPU and 16 GB of RAM to do everything I need it to do and do it quickly! By connecting it to an external monitor, it is as functional as a comparable desktop, but has the flexibility of mobility.

I bought this laptop to replace an outdated Windows 10 unit. So far this one has met all my expectations and then some. It's fast, nice screen, and easy to type on, which is a big deal to me. Solid purchase.

We had to get a new laptop for my daughter when she changed schools and this one works perfectly. They were able to load the programs they needed with no problem. She absolutely loves it. She uses it for schoolwork, playing games and talking to her friends.

The Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 14" touchscreen is a great laptop so far. The touchscreen is smooth and accurate. Battery life has been good, lasts several hours. overall, we are loving it.

I’ve been using the Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 for a few weeks now, and what stands out most is how smoothly it transitions between work and relaxation. I use it in laptop mode for work like spreadsheets and video calls, and switch to tent mode at night for movies. Even with many tabs open, it doesn't freeze and slow-function which used to happen a lot to my old laptop. The Dolby Atmos speakers sound good, especially for movies and music. The touchscreen is responsive and works well for browsing or quick notes. Dell ComfortView helps reduce eye strain when I watch shows for a long time. It’s slim and light enough to carry in my bag but still feels sturdy. Overall, it’s a reliable laptop that works well for both work and relaxation.

This laptop is excellent for business and use that is not gaming. For business it is top notch. You can present to clients while a tablet. It is a nice small form dactor, yet powerful enough to handle all the apps.

Battery time is excellent! Stays on all day and overnight. Also, I have had no issue with my programs and files. Perfect for home use and some work from home projects!

This is a weighty device, but otherwise the screen is great. Keyboard spacing is extremely roomy. My daughter is extremely happy with her new laptop.

Computer is easy to navigate, lightweight, speed is fast enough for school work, screen brightness is good, love the keyboard illumination feature for night time use along with fingerprint scanner.

It smoothly handles multitasking,I can have multiple tabs open ,battery life is good too and keyboard is a joy to type on

Im a data analyst but this was for my daughter. Sk i know computers pretty well. I went to best buy bc the fist laptop i got was the chrapest and its peeformance (or lack theteof) showed. The salesman recommended this one which is for my MS daughter. Screen is really nice. Very clear. Performance is excellent. It is definitely more power than she needs but it will last a long time. So i do recommend this laptop. And it really works well.
