The product did not come as described, I bought excellent and received the good without charger and box. In the store I was given a charger when I complained. But the laptop is great!

This laptop is really good for my wok. The charging is lasting long and the processor is up to speed.

I saw dell Inspiron with 2in1 touch screen laptop with US-C capabilities, which I didn’t have in on my other dell inspiron laptop I had. Also because it has intel 7 processors. It’s much faster.it can be also used as a tablet.

The laptop is smooth, light, runs very fast with my last laptop it took me forever to load anything but with this one it takes just seconds to load up.

Its a great computer for schoolwork, gaming and everyday usage. I love the finger print access. I really haven't tried it folded down yet.

This is perfect laptop for a college student! I got my first dell inspiron back in 2012 and it lasted me until 2018! Then i was gonna get another dell but i ended up with 17 inch hp which i regret. Carrying a 17 in laptop in a school bag sucks. Anyways now im not in college anymore but i saw this laptop and i knew it right away this is the one i should have gotten back in 2018! So i gave my 17 in HP envy to my sister and i got myself the dell inspiron! I am very happy with the size and capabilities of this computer!

This laptop has inspired me in my training. I get thrilled whenever I have to start it. It's fast and the quality of the pictures is superb adding to the touchscreen,it makes it an awesome learning tool.

Great product. Nice keyboard layout, good battery life, slightly heavy but manageable, bright screen, fast processor.

So far a good machine. Bought it to replace my old I7 Lenovo C930. Unfortunately today I'm taking it back to Best Buy Geek Squad to see what the issue is that is keeping it from turning on. Fully charged but totally black today. Tried various methods to restart. But I'd purchase this again for up until this recent issue is been just perfect. Great size and has a fast response

still setting the laptop up but I am liking it a lot! I used to buy HP but was having problems with them..... HP has declined in my opinion. and the open box laptop was a great deal....

Title says it all. I found this on sale for $300 off. It works great. Has a lighted keyboard as well as plenty of ports. While it doesn't have a high-end graphics card, it works fine for what I need. Also, bought Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excell. They all work fine on this unit. It is a good buy for $999, but a steal for what I paid for it.
