    Even better than expected. Light weight for a 15.6" screen with a nice feel to the keyboard. I may add another 8 GB of RAM but not needed for my main writing task.

    This laptop is good for school, but not so much for any gaming. It overheats and struggles running most games, I can play Minecraft Java but it can’t really handle any shaders. I have had it for about a year or 2 and it’s held up pretty well.

    Supper buy. Laptop with no blemishes. Added 8 Gb memory to it and upgraded the ssd to 2 TBs. works like charm.

    I ran into complications due to miscommunication (on my part). After the Geek Squad transferred data from my lady friend's old HP laptop to her new (gifted from me) Dell laptop, I had to return several times to Best Buy before The Best Buy team, consisting of Garrett Brown and Lumi Fey diligently solved the problem and sent another happy customer home with a new laptop. Bravo Zulu...aka A job well done!
