The Dell Inspiron 15.6" 2K Touchscreen has delivered solid performance so far, and it handles my daily tasks smoothly. The display is crisp, and the Ryzen 7 with 16GB of memory keeps everything responsive. Its 1TB storage gives me plenty of room without slowing the system down. I’m satisfied with how well it meets my needs, though I do wish I had chosen a model that supports multiple extended monitors.

Very good vakue for the proce it is fast and responsive. Easy to transfer previous laptop documents. Not bright enough for me but it is eaay to start up with just a fingerprint. My husband bought one then i bought one as well. Im on the laptop all day battery life is important to me and gave noticed it does drain rather quickly just from emails and reports.

Great system for my needs, love the touch screen and battery life

Pretty decent. The keyboard is yoo small for my big hands, but thats my fault for getting one with a number pad. The processor and everything is good enough for me. The screen collects fingerprints a lot and it seems a little fragile. The battery life is lacking.

My wife bought this laptop to replace her Thinkpad that would not update to Windows 11. She thinks that it is flimsier than her Thinkpad but that it works well considering how bad Windows 11 is.

I bought this laptop to replace a very old Surface Pro. It is a very nice computer for the price point. The display is crisp and clear and the touchpad (something I really hate) is actually fairly easy for me to use. For the price I feel it is a great deal. I would recommend.

This is the first time I purchased a Dell laptop for my personal use. It boots up and shuts down quickly, which I like. It is light-weight making it easy for me to carry. I am exploring the computer's features as well as exploring all the features in Windows 11. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great computer to take to college. It is relatively light and has good battery capacity.

We bought this when her last laptop bit the dust and wouldn't boot anymore or just stop working after it was up for a few minutes. This is the newer model of that same computer. It has a faster processer but the same amount of memory and SSD size. It works well for her she mostly uses it for web searching and social media, recipes and not to processor intense items but we do have MS Office 365 installed on it and it runs just fine. I think the only down side to this one is that the fan is noisy and seems to run more often. The battery is much better than the old one but that happens over time.

Lite, powerful enough for our needs. Works fabulous.

I bought this for my mom and she loves it! I stand behind all things Best Buy with the warranty and they honor it without problems when you get warranty in which I always do!

Great laptop. Just don’t try to order it through the store, turned into a real fiasco. Once I got the laptop, after much wasted time at the store, on line and on the phone, three weeks later and much time wasted, I love the Dell, good fast processor and handy responsive touch screen. I didn’t want to have to leave this review but BB kept bugging me for one.

very easy to set up, computer did it all! handled over fifty different screen with no problem bought at Best buy a week before Mem. Day sale in May cheaper than the sale price. 550.00 Great screen without glare. picked up at store with no scratches, dents or marks. Very happy with laptop and with Best Buy's service and people. only complaints, not enough plug-ins, but does have to very lastest ones, just not enough though.

This PC is so incredibly fast, and I couldn't be happier that I made the purchase. And having the touch screen feature is a major bonus!
