Great laptop. Just don’t try to order it through the store, turned into a real fiasco. Once I got the laptop, after much wasted time at the store, on line and on the phone, three weeks later and much time wasted, I love the Dell, good fast processor and handy responsive touch screen. I didn’t want to have to leave this review but BB kept bugging me for one.

It is an excellent machine. I was used to the Microsoft Surface 8, and finding another laptop less expensive with a touch screen is terrific.

Neaded a good computer for school that was inexpensive. This one is a great choice for those who are on a budget but can afford a little more than the low end 300-400. It has good hardware and is pretty fast. I am only using it for work but I imagine it can handle some light gaming.

I didnt realize how janky my old laptop had become until i bought this. Its lightning fast. I'm a pretty basic laptop user. Streaming, shopping and web surfing are all quick and easy with this.

very easy to set up, computer did it all! handled over fifty different screen with no problem bought at Best buy a week before Mem. Day sale in May cheaper than the sale price. 550.00 Great screen without glare. picked up at store with no scratches, dents or marks. Very happy with laptop and with Best Buy's service and people. only complaints, not enough plug-ins, but does have to very lastest ones, just not enough though.

This PC is so incredibly fast, and I couldn't be happier that I made the purchase. And having the touch screen feature is a major bonus!

I use this for school and it works great. After the set up, it runs smoothly. I also use this to play steam games, and as long as you dont try to play games like cyberpunk, games will run smoothly

So far this Dell has performed very well. It has a beautiful screen. Lately, though, we've noticed the mouse pad sticks sometimes which is a little concerning.

I purchased this laptop as an every day work/home laptop. It was not in store when I made the purchase so it was shipped direct to my address and arrived in 2 days. The customer service I received was to par with expectations. The laptop itself is serving its purpose well and has had zero issues.

Computer starts up and responds quickly. Have not run into any issues with loading software. Came with Windows 11, but turned off the S mode so that I could load other software not in the app store.

This Dell model is a major upgrade for me! Replaced my Lenovo Windows 10 2019 model for use in my home audio studio. Using it for radio voice tracking, awesome machine!

I bought 2 of these laptops for my daughters who just started college. They use it for their school work and to play games on. Battery life could be a little better but other than that no complaints. It gets the job done. Would purchase again.

I really like the product. Since I received it, I haven't had any problems. The PC is impeccable and I thank the service for offering me their products. recommend it if you're looking for a PC with which you want to do your work, watch your movies and do some light gaming.

So far I am happy with my new laptop. It has been a bit of a transition from desktop to laptop and Windows 10 to 11. I only had to talk with the Geek Squad once. I think I am going to really like it once I get better at maneuvering around in it.

I recently started online school so decided to purchase this laptop. It’s worked great so far and it was very easy to set up amd sync to my dell desk top. I love everything a out it and life has been excellent. Would recommend to a friend.

This is a very nice laptop for less than $1000. Fast, plenty of storage space, and good battery life.
