This product was recommend by a store associate. After 6 months, I had to have it repaired as the battery was not charging properly. It had to get sent away since it was the port that was damaged. That was a major inconvenience. It is now working fine.

So I bought this laptop on my way to Florida because I needed a laptop to keep up with work. It has an AMD Ryzen 5 which runs nice. The laptop is fast and connected to the hotel Wi-Fi easily. I upgraded the memory to 16mb for only eighteen bucks and I have an external USB SSD for more storage. I like AMD, I like this laptop, and I am satisfied.

Simple multitasking of browsers and some software. Not backlit keyboard and track pad is average (recommend using mouse). The screen is low quality compared to notebooks just $100 more. By low quality I mean it looks a bit washed out. Viewing angles are not the best. But, if you want a laptop for simple tasks as I mentioned, this is just "good" enough.

So far the laptop is doing exactly what I was looking for for the price. But keep in mind the camera view on laptops or any electronic in stores always looks good because of the stores lighting. Do not expect to get that same crisp view when you take it home unless you have the proper lighting. Overall I was happy with results for the price.
