Just what I needed in a laptop. Perfect for my needs and easy to use. My only issue was that the first day I had it, it fell and the charger plug damaged the inside part where it plugs in, requiring the entire motherboard replacement. Covered under warranty, but I need a more indestructible laptop...

Just worked for less than a year , this item was purchased for my daughter , she would use it for school.For the price it just not worth it .

Overall this computer has worked great for me. If you are needing something functional for writing papers and online class this will be a good purchase. The screen brightness is lacking a little and the outside scratches fairly easy. Beside those things I would suggest buying this product

This thing is all around good. The screen is incredibly vibrant and clear. The touch screen works very well. The ssd starts up the computer extremely fast. The backlit keyboard is very useful. The speakers are good enough for school work and YouTube. Great all around computer at a nice price.

Bought it for my son who has been hospitalized since June 14. It has been a great help to him in staying in contact with the outside world since the place where he is in rehab has been in almost constant lockdown for over a month. Technically works well and has the features which he wanted.

Bought this laptop based on consumer reports satisfaction rating. I shopped around and Best Buy had the best price. Very happy with display - from any angle perfectly clear picture - doesn't turn to black shadows. Touch pad was a little slippery at first, but I got used to it & it's fine now.

I have been using this laptop for about one month and so far it is going well. I tend to tap the track pad rather than right click and that has given me some issues. Hopefully this does not get worse over time. Aside from this manor issue I think it is a good product for the money
