It's a good, basic laptop computer. Specs are good and am content with the AMD processor. I do not like the new Windows 10 "S". I took one star away for that although I did find out how to convert back to the normal Windows 10 Home. All-in-all, I would purchase again and I would recommend it.

The hardware this machine has is very good. 8 gb of ram, solid state hard drive and a fast processor. I also like the slim, light body it has. Not a product for those with busy lives who tend to knock your stuff around or drop things. I am less fond of Windows 10, soon to be Windows 11, 12, 13 . . . even though Microsoft swore Windows 10 was the last version. I have used MS Windows since Windows 3.1 and I hate how Windows 10 tries to make too much automatic and moves controls to new places I have to Google to find out where they are. Sadly, asking Cortana for help usually fails in my experience. If you try to install a flavor of Linux on this machine, be sure to make a recovery disk first. You may want to start over again.

Very happy with my purchase. The PC was perfect for my wife's use. Internet browsing,email and some social media were her needs and this computer fits the bill. In addition Best Buy did a matching price reduction after purchase, which made us very grateful that we purchased from this seller.

I purchased a Dell open box laptop which should have been 'Geek Certified' only to open my package to find an old used Samsung charger nicely packed in the charger compartment. This was after having issues with my delivery. Upon contacting BestBuy i was advised that the grace time to report issues expired. Mine you it took me over three weeks to physically receive my pacakge due to shipping restrictions by BestBuy. The laptop however is working great so far since I had to absorb the cost of purchasing the correct charger. I would never recommend buying open box and will not do so in the future.

I think its a good budget laptop, fast processor, although its probably a good idea to upgrade the RAM and Storage capacity after purchase, I think 16GB is the max RAM supported, and it comes stock with 256GB NVMe storage, but it has a SATA option inside as well.

This is a great little powerful machine. It boots lightning fast and has good battery life. I didn’t see it mentioned anywhere but it actually has an open spot inside for another HDD. There’s actually a drive tray and screws inside so you can very easily add storage capacity.

A good value for the price. It will run my older games just fine. I added ram and a hdd easily enough. The hdd shortens the battery run time but this is really not a traveling laptop. With all the space available the keyboard seems a little cramped.

This laptop has been awesome. The touch screen works well, it loads pages and apps with no issue, and it is sleek, not a sight for sore eyes. The front facing camera takes decent pictures, and the screen resolution is good. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase!

We bought this to get some of our equipment back up and running and this is doing the job. This is a good general use laptop. Do not expect this to blow your pants off. If you need something that runs well enough, don't look much further than this.

This laptop was a much needed and to date enjoyed gift for an older gentleman who was ordered to remain immobile for 5 weeks after suffering a knee injury. He could not access his desktop computer during that time and he has very much enjoyed his new laptop.

I ordered online, and in just a little over 24 hours, my item was at my doorstep. Very impressed! So far, I'm really liking my new laptop. I like that Best Buy offers the extended warranty through Geek Squad. Definitely recommend purchasing from Best Buy!

This computer is over priced! There we're many apps that I could download! It does not post several sites to Facebook! I had to copy the link and the post! The charger cord that came with it does not stay on, it is always loose, as if it is the wrong charger for it! I replaced the charger 3 times, but still the same problem! I do not recommend you buying it! It broke them in one year and a half! I will never buy Dell again!

This Dell laptop is very nice. The selling price is very affordable too. It works as it should, thin enough to fit into my slim case, and I have absolutely no issues with it. Dell is a company I trust, so when this laptop breaks, I'm getting another Dell.

I presume this is about the recent repair of my recently purchased laptop when the audio mysteriously quit. Robert H. at Geek Squad helped with that and fixed it in under 5 minutes. He was polite and helpful. I really appreciate what he did.

Good service from sales rep. Was helpful in providing information about laptops and printers.the availability was limited though. The laptop and printer i bought have performed as expected. The laptop is a dell 3550 and printer epson 3850 workforce.

Like the Dell computer very much. It is so much faster than my previous one, graphics are great. Learning how to set it up was easy. Don't like the start up apps that come up like spotify and microsoft edge tips but am learning how to turn them off.

Purchased this for my mother in law who is not super-technical and set it up before giving it to her. Good value for the price. I had been trying to get 16 GB of RAM but honestly using it, it didn't feel necessary, the SSD makes a big difference.

This laptop has all the minimum specs I would consider but was well built and has been great thus far. Obviously it's not a performance powerhouse, but for college work, streaming, browsing, etc., it's everything we need for a great price.

I love love this laptop... It was totally worth the money, even though it's not as bright as I expected, It still has a big screen, good sound, good picture quality, the awesome, lasting battery life and I love the Cortana assistant.

Initially when I got this, I thought it would only run low cpu applications. However, it works really well than expected on games like Valorant, Apex, and other high cpu programs. I really recommend this laptop, especially since it's 600 bucks
