Bought it simply for my kids to use for school work n occasional gaming of Minecraft n impostor, process with no lag nor issues with loading pages. Touchscreen works as it should.

I purchased this Dell laptop for my granddaughter for school. All I can say is every time I ask her how is it she says she’s very happy with it and loves it. She especially loves the calculator button on the keyboard.

This was a gift for my wife. She had a specific game "YoWorld" that she plays. So when I approached the Salesperson, Chris, I explained this and he suggested this model laptop and it has exceeded her expectations. Thanks Chris.

Our church's old laptop was just that old. So a replacement was due, I knew BestBuy would have what I needed and they did. I purchased the Dell-Inspiron Laptop and it is just perfect minus a few learning curves with a newer model.

It has been a good purchase for me. A good screen, color and speed. I do not do memory eating, fast games so I cannot say whether it would do well for that, but it does stream movies well, and all else that I need.

The benefit of the large screen is outweighed by how bulky the frame is. But appearance aside, I was given the impression that it could handle multiple processes with ease by several reviews. However, I couldn't run a browser and an application at the same time without it getting slow, hot, and angrily fanning itself. I was going for a cheap computer so that's what I get. But I ultimately had to return it and dish out more money for a computer that could run the basic processes my job requires. Good for anyone who needs an affordable computer for MINIMAL tasks. But not a good choice for a work computer.

Overall the laptop is nice. I wish that the keyboard would light up. It is light weight and performances very well. It is very easy to get comfortable to use. I really like the screen color when looking at things online.

Please review Dell's Express Service Code 27057841815 I decided to give Dell a try. I am a Lenovo person. I took this with me on vacation and ran into issues when trying to run updates. On 7/5, I contacted Dell. After 3.5 hours on the phone, the decision was made to replace the OS. The Dell team email me how to take out the OS. I contact Christopher @ Geek Sq. He went thru the computer and fixed it within 10 minutes. The service code is still open. Can you give Christopher a 'thumbs up" from me?

Hate this PC. I use LibreOffice writer for my documents. The specialty keys do not work with it. It takes me 9 times longer to do a document because I have to space one-by-one through the whole thing. I let the employee pick it out for me and he did not explain anything different about it. Also, he had me sign some papers (which I thought was just a routine) and he did not tell me it was for a credit card-- WHICH I DID NOT NEED. I have since requested that it be cancelled. Also he did not add in all my saved documents in the File Explorer and I only have my email and the last document i was working on in this PC.

Absolutely love this laptop! I've always been a dell fan, my old desktop and laptop both were dells, both which I had for about 7 years each. I love the slim and sleek design, the light weight, and the simplicity of it.

very quick , clean and easy to operate , it runs most of the pc games ive tried very very well without overheating . i also use it for office stuff, works like a champ, highly recommend , great value for the price

Lap top is great for my wife, she uses it so she doesn't have to go in another room to work. We got good service from the Geek Squad on showing us how to set it up and use it. We are having no trouble and enjoying it.

My son loved the computer for his games. However every couple of months the keys started falling off and it’s 200 dollars to replace the keyboard.

Not use to not using a mouse…so difficult to maneuver. Don’t think I needed a computer, notebook might have worked just as well. Very confusing to set it all up. Wish I would have had a more savvy salesperson

nothing less than amazing. Laptop was very nice, along with a slight boost with the ryzen card. Could be used for gaming but not too strong of games. unfortunately, the speakers did not work on the one I bought.

Purchased this for my dad to do regular emails and the occasional presentation for work. It is entirely too much laptop for what he uses it for. But the price was un-beatable for the great specifications.

Good value for the price. Fast response time and clear and functional touch screen. Using with laser engraving printer and Microsoft apps. Works great!

Great laptop for the average user, no frills, but works great as an office machine. It can do some light gaming, but don't expect anything at 1080p High.

Great laptop, using it for college and work, and homeschooling the kids. The only thing is, the mouse pad should have been more on the right side for a right handed person. Other than that I love it!

Got this just for using on the job, so first thing I did when I got home is wipe it and toss linux on. Mainly got it because it was cheap, and while the touchscreen is functional, it's pretty useless since you've got a touchpad that's responsive enough, and this isn't a 2 in 1, so only opens up so far. My only gripe is that with lid mostly to fully open, the plastics block the rear vents, so top of keyboard gets really toasty in a short time. You get what you pay for, and I didn't expect much. It works, and it's cheap... but it's a Dell too.
