The Dell laptop works well. I had to purchase this because I work online and needed a reliable laptop quickly. I use it daily and it has several features, I love it.

Good for master students which can do coding but not gaming (haha) Main We can Customise anyway after the purchase (add some Ram) or we can have a Storage type change

I was lucky to get excellent service from the sales person I worked with. As well as with the Geek Squad. They made excellent recommendations and were not wrong.

I purchased a laptop since it was sales tax weekend. I got one that would work for email and facebook so I didnt have to get on my desktop upstairs for those.

Really nice feature at a reasonable price. Comparing with the other available laptops, this seemed to be, by far, their best budget offering at the time of this writing.

Buyer beware. This laptop has lots of screen issues. Anytime I would try to open a pic, video, youtube, etc. THe screen would go black and green. I would hear the video playing but I never got any video. Also 8 gb RAM is way to low nowadays. 16 should be the minimum. I returned this laptop to the store for a lenovo yoga laptop with ryzen 7 and 16 gb of ram. such a huge improvement.

We've used this laptop for several months now and enjoyed it. Runs Windows 11 with no problem. I love the screen size and general feel of the keyboard.

More than I need-better to have than not to have and need. I purchased this laptop on the advice of my grandson. Haven't used it much, but I'm very pleased with it!

Easy to use, fast response time. Bought other new laptops recently, and this one is much faster than the other two due to the processor and the 8GB of RAM.

Trying not to be salty, but this is the 2nd dell laptop to have display issues. The other laptop is not the same operating system. The screen on this particular laptop ryzen has black ink behind the screen. Due to dell and their lack of following thru with their word backed up by emails I do not trust them to fix in a timely manner and will pay out of pocket for repair of screen. Biggest joke of a company ive ever dealt with.

This laptop has everything a personal or office laptop could use . It’s slim line so it doesn’t take too much space. It’s screen is very clear resolution too.

I had to take it out of S Mode. Computer is a challenge to hook up and get started. At 1 time it conneded to my phone now it dosent. To many updates.

I've had this for only two weeks so far. I have it as a basic need for college. Nothing too fancy. Just something up to date from my old laptop. One thing I hate about this device is that it does not offer backlight for the keyboard. But I suppose the saying, "You get what you pay for" really do apply to this laptop. When I am ready to dive into my career that will require more. I will most defiantly have to pay more for more features than what this offers.

An excellent computer with the perfect technology of modern times, I love it. I wish I could buy more, so I would have done so and saved them for future use.

I run a small consulting business and use this for simply email and office apps. It works out great. Feels powerful enough to handle my day to day work.
