WOULD NOT PURCHASE AGAIN FROM BERST BUY. THE ADDITIONAL CRAP YOU STATED WOULD HELP ME DOES NOT. THE PERSON I CONTACTED FOR HELP WHICH I PAID FOR WAS IN SOUTH AMERICA AND SPOKE VERY LITTLE ENGLISH AND WAS TOLD AT PURCHASE MY CONTACT WOULD BE AN AMERICAN THAT SOPKE GOOD ENGLISH. WOULD YOU SHOP AT BEST BUR AGAIN UNDRRT THTSE CONDITIONS?

2. In the Run dialog box, type Control and press the Enter key on the keyboard.
3. On the top-right corner, in the Search box of Control Panel, type Troubleshooter and then click Troubleshooting.
4. Under System and Security item, click Power.
