This laptop is a great buy for the money.its sleek, fast enough and user friendly. The weight is not much and has a good size to fit most bags. I grade this 8/10

The only thing I would say is it's not meant to run smoothly with a gazillion tabs like I like to do, but it definitely gets the job done. It's decent and fulfilled my web surfing and word processing needs. would be good for a student or a casual web browser. I've used this laptop to teach online with no problems.

It's a bit like a toy and rather buggy. The cursor keeps jumping around unexpectedly. Yes, it's dirt cheap, but doesn't come with Office. I wish I'd paid more and gotten a better product.

This dell laptop is a good laptop for basic email, online shopping and some limited processing applications. The only problem with my purchase is that the product description states that the laptop does not have a DVD/cd drive. I was also advised by Best Buy online chat to purchase an external DVd/cd drive. I was pleasantly surprised that the laptop DOES have a DVD/cd drive so I had to go through minor inconvenience to return the external drive that I purchased.

Startup is efficient. Speed and processor are adequate.

The laptop started to work slowly after only a few days. Internet browsing is a pain even with just one tab open. The laptop often freezes. The good thing - battery life is great.

I bought my new laptop because I needed it. It is something that is new to me, but I was able to figure things out easily. Works well!!

Love not only the screen size of this laptop, I also love the processor. I have not had one issue. It's lightweight and easily transportable. If you do not mind purchasing a case for around $20 you will be more than happy you chose this product.

I was always love to buy dell products but this time i dont know why its slow and doesnt work like a new computer should Work .

I must not have read things close enough. I was surprised when the laptop arrived and it included an internal CD/DVD optical drive. Happy! I returned the external CD/DVD optical drive that I had also bought.

After searching for a month for a new system to replace my antique tower. The staff member was helpful in assisting me in my purchase.

Could not do basic things like watch YouTube. Lots of lagging. Returned item for refund. Very disappointed.

I needed a new laptop to replace a ten year old one that finally gave up

I bought this a few months ago and just opened it three days ago. It worked for two days and now barely runs. I ran the latest updates, which took several hours to complete, and is SLOW and it still doesn't recognize when I hit the Windows key or anything on the task bar. My 6 year old Lenovo is faster than this piece of junk. Too bad I didn't open this when I received it - it would have gone back in a heartbeat. I expected more from a Dell product.
