Terrible

It got frozen on many times and more frequent. it also starts not shut down or start. I took it back to best buy for fix. They asked me to pay for diagnosis and buy a new system, $99, to reinstall. I Ask then what is the warranty for. They couldn't answer, but I didn't get any repair service!!! It is horrible experience I never have before!!!

Great for the basics

Does Not Charge

I plugged the power cord in three different outlets and it didn't charge. I returned it. I was told by an associate not to get a Dell laptop.
