This laptop is honestly very good its fast runs games pretty smoothly all in a laptop and it isnt very heavy at that. If this is your first laptop like it was for me dont stress about getting something better than a 1050Ti as of this moment it really is very well made. There is this YT in "Dan2D" channel that breaks down everything.

This thing is excellent, super fast. Very happy with my purchase. I play a lot of World of Tanks and with my job having me on the go all the time, I can load this baby up at a hotel and feels like I am sitting at my Desktop PC. Did the research on the 1050 Ti graphics card and for this money this is the best card for this price range. Games are running at 80fps steady often getting up to 100fps. Only issue so far is that the fan is really loud. But when you have the woofer on this thing up high, it does not matter.

Ok, so here's my honest review...! I did a lot of research, I was on a 1000 ish budget and by beginning of 2017 there were several options with basically the same hardware. Acer Vx15, lenovo omen, an ROG,, an MSI etc. I went dell because I had another dell that has worked very good for the last 7 years, so why not. I wanted to play on the GO, mostly WoW so I dont need much hardware. This is a good computer with great specs for the buck. Now I wouldn't call this laptop "for gamers". And it is my friends that a laptop is a laptop no matter what you use it for. Specially for gaming I don't care about fancy lights or audio, and given my budget I dont expect an IPS, 4k, or much less a G-sync screen. what I would expect at least, over the given hardware to call it a "gamer laptop", is a Keyboard that doesn't ghost with simple combinations WASD QE or stuff like that. Other than that I will really recommend this product to whoever is going to use it for productivity and is into weird stuff like VBA programming, or any kind of programming for that matter, some CAD design, or any other number crushing application. not a bad laptop, just not a gaming laptop

So far so good, pretty fast. It would be wise to ship with a bigger hard disk in the future.

Just bought this laptop the other day. So far so good. Great speed moving through different programs and apps. Ease of use is pretty good. Fairly light and keyboard keys are spaced accordingly. Not sure how the battery/port will hold up. We shall see.

The Dell Inspiron Gaming laptop was great at first. I went to a local Best Buy to have it shipped to store and it came much earlier than anticipated even with a holiday. I had great customer service with Best Buy. However, the computer I received had internal hard drive issues. There were issues with it from the night I started it up. It was blue screening for me with a Bad Pool Caller error. I was trying to use it for college and gaming. It wasn't working right for me on campus, continued to restart on me. Other than mine having problems like that, it was a great laptop. I returned it within the 15 days since it was an internal problem. I went in to get another one shipped to me and there were no more to be ordered unless I had it backordered. I ended up getting an MSI GS63VR Stealth instead only because I did not want to wait that long for a new one. The Dell Inpirion Gaming laptop was great and suited all my needs in dealing with video games and college. The only con is it was a little bigger than I could fit in my backpack.

Bought the laptop for doing school. Computer systems classes. Handles running multiple virtual machine with no problem. Battlefield 4 plays good and it doesn't seem to over heat. Battery is sub par while gaming but lasts a while doing regular activities.

I upgraded to this computer after my old one died. I had the first model of this laptop that came it around ten years ago. The first one lasted me ten years, and I expect this one will too. With my experience in computers, there Have been no issues over the three weeks I have had it. I have several high requirement computer games that this runs great on both in and off the charger. Gaming wise, the battery runs about 4 hours before a “low battery” plug in warning comes up. Streaming, school work, and normal web browsing I have experienced a battery like of ten hours. Very impressive. Money well spent.

My son is really getting into computer gaming and this computer was just what he needed to get started. He will probably need to upgrade to something faster soon but this computer has served him well over the past several months. Not the fastest but can definitely withstand the hours and hours of constant use in our house.

This is a great gaming computer without spending $2-$3 thousand. It's sharp looking, fast, quiet for the most part although one game he plays, the fan seems a bit loud. He absolutely loves his graduation gift.

I bought this laptop mostly for school I didn't need all the extra features it had but I wanted a good laptop within my budget. I bought this laptop with geek squad protection for $1500 and on the first day the system crashed while just trying to open the internet browser I had not downloaded anything or installed a single item it was just how I got it , A blue screen of death appeared and there was nothing to do, I tried to use it the next day and it kept on happening over and over so I went to geek squad they told my they can't fix it I'm out of luck, thankfully after proving to the customer service department that it was still in its return date parameters I was able to get my money back, I would never ever buy a laptop or computer from Best Buy again and will never buy their useless geek squad protection
