Super fast at loading all the games he plays on there. Also loved the way it looks, the little red accents are super cool! Definitely worth the price for what you get! plus we had the best customer service at our bestbuy!!!

I was first introduced to this laptop's "little brother" in-store by a blue shirt and was told that it would do all the things that I wanted from a laptop. I went home and did some more research and found out that the one in store had a better version with better hardware and returned to the store and spoke to the same person and placed an order. Received it a few days later and have not had any complaints yet. The only thing I don't like about it is Windows 10 but that's not Dell's fault. I am slowly getting used to it so it won't be a big deal. Things I DO like about it: Fast start-up Back lit keyboard Sound (surprisingly) Can push 4K to my TV

It is relatively light and the screen size is perfect for portability. There are only two hits if I can find something that is not perfect about it. 1. the screen is doesn't show bright vivid colors and 2., the 5400 RPM hard drive; there should be an option to get an SSD. I give it 4.8 rounded off to 5. Dell finally made a non-XPS series laptop that is worthy. Overall, this is a Best Buy at Best Buy:-)

As usual after 3 years just now the battery is not lasting as it used to for 5 hours. Now it lasts only for 1-hour max. Though its been after 3 years exactly. Though no complaints.

Stay Away from Dell

Within days of having it, it crashed several times and some games didn’t work properly even though they classify it as a gaming laptop. I’ve had bad experiences with Dell computers in the past but thought I’d give them another shot. Instant regret. Go for Apple.

1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "problem reports".
2. Select View all problem reports to view a list of errors that have occurred on your computer and possible solutions for them, such as updating drivers, flashing your system BIOS, or checking for updates to software.
3. Under the Source column, look for Windows and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly.
4. Right-click the line item and select Check for a solution.

Paid the extra to make sure it was... Microsoft couldn't help and well after spending 1300 on this best buy wants another 100 to fi the problem that I shouldn't be having with it to start with already....not very happy....
