Bought this laptop on Black Friday in place of the $299 Dell Insp. with i3 laptop that sold out on Black Friday, per suggestion of Best Buy customer service. Ended up returning this item in exchange for a HP Envy 2-in-1 15". This laptop was just too slow compared to my other new laptop, a Dell Inspiron with Intel i5. But biggest reason I returned this laptop was the lack of Full HD. Once you go 1080p, you can't go back. If this doesn't bother you and you prefer AMD over Intel, then by all means, consider this laptop.

This laptop has some good features for people who are interested in a basic laptop or budget laptop, cause this laptop gives you a little extra for the price of a basic or budget model. The keyboard is backlit and you get a touchscreen. I ended up returning this model for an HP Envy 360 but only because this laptop's screen resolution is 720p versus 1080p. I watch a lot of movies and photo editing on my laptop so having HD was important. Although 720p would be best for those that plan to play some games on here since the graphics card couldnt handle intense games at higher res.

I bought this laptop for network testing. something light and easy to boot and use. It isn't a speed demon, but it is plenty fast for my purposes. i suppose it would work well for general internet surfing and email with no problems. I like it so far.

I have been using this laptop for about a month now and I really like it. After the initial learning curve of Windows 10 I have had no problems. I mainly use it for web browsing and gaming and it has been great for that. I would buy it again!

Dells are better than most laptops. I think all laptops should follow the Mac example and be make from Aluminum. Heat is any computers worse nightmare and Macs do a great job of pulling heat away from its components. Also Dells and other laptops are extremely hard to work on if you need to since the case they are in is plastic and hard to take apart.

This was a great laptop for the price. I recommend this.

I bought a Dell computer through Best Buy, and after about 30 days the computer died. I took it into Best Buy and the manager was kind enough to allow me replace the computer instead of waiting 2-4 weeks for the repair (if they could repair it). It acted like the mother board had been fried. A Best Buy employee looked up a computer that had all the same features as the Dell and the price was the same. I have only had it a couple of days but it seems to work much better than the Dell.

I really liked this computer and it had all of the features that I wanted. Unfortunately it died after only 2 years of use. It's currently at a PC repair place to see if it can be saved. Extremely disappointed at this time since I expected more from a Dell. If I have to buy a new laptop, more than likely I'll go back to a Toshiba or HP.

i'll start by saying i'm having to type this review on a different device, because after only one year of ownership, this laptop was toast. neither dell nor bestbuy will ever see a dime of my money again. from month one, this laptop had issues. constant blue screens, speaker issues, freezing screen. but last week the keyboard went out. completely. and when i took it to best buy to repair, they wanted more than the laptop cost to fix it!!! because the system was junk before it even arrived at my home. i had always heard great things about dell but i can see now they were lies. i'm out the cost of this computer, the cost of my antivirus, the cost of the software i placed on it, and they actually expected me to pay double just to fix what they should have never sent me. i wish giving negative stars was possible negative five for dell and negative five for best buy selling this garbage.

Good laptop for college. Nice touch screen. Decent battery life

Got this as a computer to mess around on, and have owned Dell's before. So that left little to adjust to once it was connected to fun.

This is the perfect lap top for college and anything you need to do,fast lots of memory and clear graphics,best pc I ever owned

Nice Laptop for the price, AMD A8 with 8 GB RAM, and 1 TB Hard Drive, enough processing power, memory and hard drive space for the average user, surfing the web, storing pictures or video, good buy!

I purchased this laptop as a gift. My brother really enjoys using it. He did have an issue setting up his email, but the crew at his local Best Buy got him straight pretty quickly.

Intermittent wifi problems. I have called dell several times and it has disconnected while on the phone with them. Not sure if the wifi card is properly connected or not or if it's my netgear router. Disconnects even when sitting next to the router.

I bought a new laptop and it is very nice and fun. I'm glad I decided to get my laptop from Best Buy. Easy purchasing process.

I had to buy this laptop for someone that was in a pinch and couldn't wait to special order one. They really like it and it ended up being a great replacement for what they had. It's a nice upgrade, and it works very well.

It has a wide flat touch screen. Great for school and studies. Works great in any area and didn't lag as I would have expected. Cons: it's heavy to carry around when you need it
