I purchased this Dell over a month ago and have had no problems with it at all! I love the ease of the keyboard! I use this laptop for personal home use as I am retired and keep in touch with my children and grandchildren who live around the country! It was a great buy and the young man who helped me could not have been more helpful and friendly! Kudos to Best Buy!

Just needed a 2d laptop, with an ETH port that I can use in my daily fieldwork that can withstand the harsh environment in my line of work (telecom). This is the only model I found that has the ETH port and cheap. It's not like I hunted this model as my first choice. So far so good as long as I don't do multi tasking and save big files.

It is a very well design and usable laptop. Love the SSD instead of HD. Nice machine and a great price.

I came in the night 3/13, I couldn't get any service. There was a guy by the name of Art who was actually off duty. Came up to me and ask if I was in need of some assistance. I told him yes, he went looking for some assistance. He stated that he was an employee there at Best Buy. I told him disregard the assistance and that I will be back to the store the next day to purchase a laptop. The next day, I received assistance right away, the gentleman helped me find what type of Laptop I was interested in. The purchase went really well, and I'm happy.
