Good specs for a cheap laptop

This laptop is at the higher end of cheap but worth it. It performs well for email, browsing, and social media stuff. The screen resolution sucks but you get what you pay for.

great advice on my current needs

Mother board shot, data not retrievable cost wise.Began a search and landed on the Dell Inspiron because of the 15.6 screen, 8GB memory and the drive features. This model had been recommended by a staff member. I was undecided and returned on the 17th and found it was on sale. They set it up for me and it serves my needs well.
