This is a basic computer with a pretty cheap price tag that works very well for what I purchased it for. I was looking for something that I could basically check my email, watch some stupid cat videos things like that and it more than does that for me.

This computer is awesome. I started to go with another brand with less features when the salesperson recommended this one. It was just a little higher than the other one. I made a good choice with this one.

I am still becoming accustomed to it. It blocks my Workspace email used by my employer. I have not experienced that issue on any other computer. I'm sure there is a reason which I will investigate further in the future.

(Bought 3/11/2020 for $349.99) Dell - Inspiron 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD Ryzen 3 - 8GB Memory - 128GB SSD - Black Perfect for basic teleworking needs during COVID-19. Good performance for the price. No issues so far. Would recommend.

We needed a computer for online school. This computer has everything she needs and more It has made a huge difference and allowed her to take all her classes including dance, piano, and voice. Video and audio quality have been wonderful.

Only on thing was the Microsoft 10 version was in S mode. You can not get apps unless it’s in the Microsoft store. However we don’t need a lot for what we do. You can eliminate the S mode but not ready to do so yet.

I haven't checked out all the things it can do yet but it runs much faster than the computer I had before. I use it for emails and web. The geek squad was very helpful explaining how to set up the new one at home myself

Good product for handling simply tasks, which is what I need right now. Came set up with "S" drive for security, but I eventually had to disconnect that feature because it was not compatible with my HP printer driver.

I am Seadoo mechanic and this worked out great as far as I can take it to customers machine and pull up diagnostics right there. Seems to work very well on picking up WIFI signal. Battery life could be better but still seems to do well.

So far, this has been a great laptop for what I paid for it. It is perfect for web surfing, checking emails and running office programs. Battery life is good and the processor has not bogged down with multiple programs open and running.

Needed a laptop for video editing, uploading, stocks and personal use. No complaints. I would recommend to anyone.

I mainly used it for school and digital art, it was pretty good for both, it got weirdly hot everynow and then, but I recommend it to anyone that needs a laptop for minimalistic task at a decent price

Excellent laptop for an excellent price! Got it as an open box item. More than adequate memory and processing speed for my moderate use. I am a tall guy so the full sized keyboard is great for my large hands.

Love it and if you type slow then you can also just speak the words out loud Through email and it wI’ll type it for you in your email :) Especially if you have a lot to say in your email ( lol) Thank You so much Ms. Davis

I purchased this to act as a "desktop" at home and it has worked wonderfully. It was recommended by an in-store clerk and I have been very pleased. In fact, I have recommended it to 2 co-workers, one of which purchased one.

this laptop has everything you need to get your work done. Not designed for gaming by any means, but that is not what this was bought for. 128 gb SSD is nice and it has 8 GB of ram. plenty of power for what we need.

Needed to replace our daughter's computer fast as she was starting school remotely during the pandemic measures. This one does great. She can do zoom meetings, hand in her assignments, and take a break to watch Netflix too.

Works great but i returned it because the touch screen was messing with my grandma. I understand that I can turn the feature off but that is an expensive feature to just leave sitting idle so we decided on an exchange.

I bought this for my wife to do virtual learning with the kids as well as other general use tasks. It seems to be a great machine very easy to use, plenty fast, and intuitive. I've been very pleased with it.

First time buying a non-Intel item. I was uneasy as I have been using Intel for decades. Bought this for my son and was pleasantly surprised on the performance when we were setting it up.
