it does everything I need it to. Light enough to take along wherever I go. It's fast, i can skype, I can use speech to text. It works for me.

Great laptop everything is super snappy with the ssd. 8gb of ram gives a nice amount of breathing room for multitasking. Touchpad feels a bit rough but i feel like it being a precision touchpad makes up for that. Touch screen is a nice bonus overall for the 279.99 presidents day sale i feel like this was the best buy.

I got this computer on sale. It is definitely worth the sale price. The 8 GB memory makes the difference and makes up for the smaller hard drive memory. It is perfect for what I use it for. Sleek design. The only downside is that the battery while streaming or working with video in Google Meets runs out rather quickly or more than halves the battery charge. Other than that, it’s a good product.

A bit slow to start up. Other than that pretty good. Touchscreen and response time is normal. Good deal for under $500

Best low end laptop you can find. They come better and faster but with a much higher price tag. Love that it’s touch screen.

Bought this laptop for the wife to use so she could work from home when covid started and has been a very good computer. It has done everything that she needs it to do for the business. It does well multi tasking. We have it hooked up to a 32" TV for dual screens , works great she loves it. Plenty fast for work.

Pretty much the best laptop in this price range. The store associate told me they had just gotten them in about 2 weeks ago and they've been flying off the shelves ever since. Its' very quick for all the standard programs and I like how it can be upgraded later if needed. Touch screen is nice but I don't find myself ever really needing it.

Works fast and efficient. Smooth transition between one program to another. Able to handle systems functions for my job very efficient due to the complexity of the programs. Easy to use for newer to laptop users as well as experts. Long battery life that's can withstand contestant usage over a course for a normal work day of 8+ hours. Having the touch screen makes it very versatile as well if you want to multi function or do not want to use the mouse pad.

Very good for its price. Never had any problems. Love the touch screen. Recommend it to all.

This has been by far my best laptop ever it’s a performance the speed the size of the screen I love that it’s touchscreen or you can use it with a mouse touchpad it has everything I ever wanted and I had a problem with my charger 10 months after my purchase and Dell customer service was perfect they sent me out a new charger because I was within my one year warranty I couldn’t be happier

Bought for a friend. Im impartial to Intel, but AMD has them sweating, and this laptop is fast for everyday needs. I dont know why 256 GB isnt the minimum bar for SSDs, but anyway 128 will suffice. The laptop is fairly light and keyboard is good, although a lighted keyboard in a budget PC would be nice. The screen is nice and clear and theres minimal bloatware to unload.
